Spot was clean and people were friendly. Prices were ok. No massage which I wasn't used to that was extra. The proof was in the pudding, after just two weeks I needed another one. Moved here from Kingman and will probably make the trip there once a month. This was a pedicure. Quite possibly the worst pedicure I've ever had. Not only were the tools not new, but they were HEAVILY used! The Emory board was white from use, I didn't see a single UV Cleaner for metal tools, they didn't use a liner on the bowl. My technician was improperly wearing a mask & coughed on me several times. The massage was.... Awful. She used less than 1oz of lotion total (she brought it out in a cup) & an uneven amount of oil (one of my legs was soft & the other wasn't). My technician PLACED a phone call while working on me, not just received it but actually took her phone out & made a call. One of the owner's (maybe?) kids was running around, screaming, totally unsupervised. read more

I called and they were able to squeeze me in for a last minute pedicure due to a cancelation. I just had a baby three months ago and this was my first pedicure since I found out I was pregnant. I could not have had a better experience! Every technician in the building was nice and personable. Kevin did my pedicure and I would recommend him to anyone looking for one! My feet feel and look absolutely amazing! I recommend making an appointment in advance as they are that good! I already have my next appointment booked! This place is not sanitary at all. There are no plastic bags in the tubs when they do your feet, and I watched how they "cleaned" the tubs after my husband has his feet done. The one guy grabbed a used sponge and wiped out the tub then dried it with a towel. The tools that were used on me were not sanitized and the scrubber was not very clean looking. When the guy was finished with my pedicure, he cleaned the brush and scrubber and put them back in his cart. DO NOT GO HERE! read more

This nail place showed me a price list for my pedicure. There we various prices but no where did it say or did they mention it was extra to apply the gel polish. I found this out upon paying. I said"Your price sheet did not state this nor was I told." The pedicure was suppose to be $25 dollars according to the price list but I was requested to pay $40 dollars. I was shocked and I asked"Why?" I was told it was $15 dollars extra for the gel. Really!!! Pretty lousy way to do business. These people would not make an adjustment. I do not recommend this nail salon! They quoted me one price then told me all these things were extra. Convinced me that gel polish was better and longer lasting after. 30$ up charge for gel. Got the gel on Saturday. By Sunday the gel peeled off today is Monday and I only have gel polish on 2 fingers..tried to get them to correct this and they want to charge AGAIN 5$ a finger.. I love the nails that Stardust Nails does however, the gentleman who answered the phone said that they would charge 35 to 40.00 dollars. When the girl finished my nails she charged me 55.00 dollars. It's the first time I didn't tip. I figured she already got her tip when she charged me 55.00 dollars to have my nails painted with a Christmas design on them. I have to say I was throughly disappointed. I called again and again I was told that I would be charged 35.00 dollars. Nope, I was charged 45.00 dollars for just a trim of my nails and polish no design, no rhinestones, no design, just polish. I'm not going to this nail salon again because I've been over-charged both times I have had my nails done.at Stardust nails. If you are looking for a new nail salon I won't recommend Stardust Nails. I dislike being over-charged and I dislike being lied to. I honestly believe that is what happened both times. I can't find the pictures of both times I was there but believe me they were nice but not so nice that I'm going to pay 45-55 dollars. read more

Just had a pedicure and gel manicure for the first time at this salon courtesy of my boyfriend John. Appointment was for 1:30. It took 2 hrs 15 min to get done. The lady did not do a good job at either the pedi or the gel mani. I got the basic $25 pedi. Barely got a foot scrub and hardly noticed the 1 minute per leg hot stone massage. No foot massage and no calf massage!! Got ripped off. Should have enjoyed getting my feet massaged but instead was scratched along my toes with a very hard and abrasive scrubber. Not pleasant. No cuticles we're trimmed. Just toenails clipped and polished! Done. Not worth the money. Then began the removal of my old gel manicure. Had to endure my hands and nails inside an acetone filled baggie for 20 minutes. Made my skin feel dry and skin came out white after that length of time!!! I asked to wash my hands in a sink. Was told no sink. She used a bowl placed on a pillow on my lap that had just water in it. More scrubbing with course scrubber! It hurt! Then told her how I wanted them clipped and shaped. She cut one nail too short. . Then noticed she did not do as I asked to have them flat on top. No round nails! The more she tried to fix them the more I hated the shape. Damage was done and I was angry. She began doing the cuticles. No oil or lotion added to them and cuticles were not pushed back for ease in clipping the cuticles. She cut my thumb cuticle and it bled. Nothing added to it to stop the bleeding. . Moved up to a mani table. It was not clean. Dirty and sticky on table surface. Lady was very slow. Could not wait to get out of here! I hate how my manicure looks. If I hadn't just wasted $55 on these 2 services, I would just remove the polish and cut my nails all the way short. I do not recommend this unkept place to anyone. The pedi chairs are not wiped down after each use nor are the mani chairs. read more

First time. Last time for me at this place. Never again! The owner did my nails, but spent the entire time chit-chatting in a foreign language with her co-worker. She paid absolutely no attention to me, and I got the impression that having to do my nails was really putting her out. She was, however, having a grand time laughing with her co-worker. Never in English. There was only one other customer the whole time I was there. This shop has got to be losing money, and it should be. It cost me $47 and was not worth the irritation. My advice is to try somewhere else. I doubt any place would be as bad. read more

My mom and I had a pedicure and I had a manicure with gel nails. While they were very nice and polite when they weren't talking in their native language with each other. They used files that didn't look like they'd been clean. And some of my toes were swollen for a few days after. My manicure was only some lotion and a quick clip and buff where she had upsold me to gel nail polish saying they would last at least 2 weeks. It looked gorgeous for 1 day before the first one completely lifted up and peeled off. Day 2 two more lifted and peeled away. Day 3 was good but day 4 and 5 three more chipped in half. Finally time off enough to come to the shop to have them fixed on day 6 and was turned away until some vague time in the afternoon. It really turned me off to going back and finally when 2 more nailed snagged and half peeled off in my hair I just got tired of them and peeled the rest away. Last I checked gel nails shouldn't just peel off, at all. Waste of $30 for the gels and "manicure" but I am glad I didn't get an infection around my toes. read more

Three of us walked in without appointments; however, we did call before to see if they could handle all 3 of us. I was surprised to see there was only 2 nail technicians working when they had assured me they could do all 3 of us. One tech did my pedicure while the other did 1 pedicure & 2 manicures. My pedicure was the only service we were happy with. You could actually see through the polish. The polish had either been thinned down or they didn't put on enough layers. When we pointed out the problem, she added polish to one finger. Cuticles weren't trimmed very well. Polish was applied sloppily. One of us picked out a white polish but ended up with pink. When we questioned the tech, she showed us the bottle she used had the same number as the bottle we picked out, even though the one we picked was definitely white. We paid $147 for 2 pedicures & 3 manicures. read more
