I got acrylics in a narrow square- she kept filing the sides and filing down past the quick, hurt so bad and she just got mad at me for getting my nails "too short." She was mean and didn't care that she did a bad job and was actually hurting me. Pedicure was ok --again not overly kind or attentive but they have massage chairs and it's clean. I made an appointment this morning for myself and my fiance. Myself for a fill and a toe nail polish change and my fiance was getting a manicure. The lady that did my fill, (I couldn't give you her name because she didn't give it to me) she did an okay job but she was more interested in starring and gossiping about the disabled woman whom came in for a pedicure. Yes, it just so happens that I speak fluent Vietnamese and it's unfortunate that a paying customer, regardless of their situation, would be subjected to that. As was I when I asked you how much the nail polish change would be and you said $20!! The lady beside me getting a full PEDICURE was quoted $20 just seconds before I asked you and is the reason I asked you. Only to find out your menu says a polish change is $7. DONT GO! Don't waste your time or money! I would have given zero stars if I could. 4 of us went for pedicures and it was horrible. They were totally unsanitary and rude. We upgraded to the $40 pedi and we were supposed to get the extra callous scrub and 15 minute massage. They barely scrubbed our feet (like less the one minute) and my massage was less then 10 minutes and hubbys was less then 9. They rushed through everything. She was going so fast that when she was clipping etc she clipped my toe nail to much and made me bleed. Plus all the little things, water was cold, foot wraps were barely warm. It was horrible! I pay less for my normal place and we get the royal treatment compared to this place lol. Please drive a little farther, don't waste your money. read more

This place is worth the drive, not that it's far, they never try pushing anything on you like the gel polish. Always do great job and their polish last! Pedicures is all I have gotten so far but they have a package for $65 that I'll try next time. Highly recommend giving them a try. read more

NOPE. TERRIBLE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Disclaimer: I was forced to pick a star rating before I could post this... this salon does not warrant a . I went in this morning to get a mani with gel color. I chose this salon because the location was convenient... and I foolishly paid the price. For starters, she cut me on my index finger, near the cuticle (I only bled for a short amount of time once I removed the pressure). My nails did NOT look good at all. I went back a mere hour later, showed a different gal my nails and discreetly asked for a refund (I was going to have them redone at a different location). I was told they do not issue refunds, but they'll redo them there for me for free - No charge! (Sigh.) It was explained that the polish I had selected was bad, that I should have selected a different color. So apparently this is my fault. The tech (who I had assumed was a professional within her industry) should have brought this to my attention when painting my nails. SO... this is the part where I'll take some of the blame... Shame on me, I assumed they would look fine, I didn't even look at them before I had paid and left. I have never had my nails look so tore up...(well except for when i paint them myself, I am terrible at it which is why I pay someone). Reluctantly, I sat back down at a station and began to look through their sample colors... no apologies given... but i did receive a gigantic eye roll from the technician that was about to prepare herself to redo my nails "for free". I'm fairly fluent in the language of "eye roll" and I didn't appreciate it! I was not valued as a customer and I honestly didn't think that my nails were going to look any better in the end, after another hour of my time wasted (I value my time greatly). So since they felt it was a better business practice to keep my hard earned $35 - rather than giving me my requested refund - I just want them to know and remember for future... When a business wants customers, they pay for their advertising. However, word of mouth is FREE advertisement. Ideally, you want happy customers. I will never recommend this salon and the good news for me (not so much for you) is that people ask me all the time where they can get their nails done. Picked out our colors and sat in the spa chairs. Very comfortable chairs and nice relaxing clean atmosphere. We were helped pretty quickly and they did an excellent job! My toes look so cute! While on vacation last weekend I visited Queens Nail I called before heading over there...30 minute wait. Perfect (in my opinion, if any nail salon is not busy on the weekend Don't Go!) When I arrived I was greeted immediately. I waited about 10 minutes. Everything was clean and orderly. Rachael was the best. I needed a pedicure, nails were trimmed short and she did not hurt me once. I was asked if she can wax my eyebrows. I was a little nervous but I knew I had ignored the two fuzzy strips above my eyes long enough. She almost seemed relieved when I said Yes. Rachael was very careful and caring. I noticed a couple of locals there. A women who apparently is there every 2 weeks, has her favorite chair farthest from the end and only will be seen by the guy there. A couple that was happy to tell me how happy they are with this establishment and to get the #1 pedicure. And a older guy that had nice feet for a older guy. I liked the location of this place too. Very centralized and near the mall. Cool I will definitely be back. read more

This place the worst place I've ever stepped in. 1st you walk in the girl asks what do you want??? Instead of asking how may i help you. 2nd we ask for 2 full sets, take a seat. Another customer walks in tells her to sit tells us that it's going to b 15 min she has an appointment. Another customer walks in and asks about a manicure , but they tell her it's 1hr. not being a local to Laughlin, i wasn't sure of all the nail salons in the area and i wanted a pedicure, but wanted to avoid the hotel salons thinking that it would be pricey. the hubs and i went walking around at the Horizon Outlet Center during our trip this past weekend and i came across this place. i walked in, and all the technicians i saw were helping someone, but one guy looked up and asked what i wanted, when i told him that i wanted a pedicure, he was amicable enough and said it would be about a 10 minute wait. 5 minutes later i was seated and a technician came out to give me a pedicure. she was speedy, but decent, and i had a decent pedicure in no time. the salon was kept pretty clean, but the smell of all the nail care chemicals was a little overpowering. $20 + tip was the price of my pedicure. read more

bottom line: Full Set lifing on more than one nail THE NEXT DAY! I went in to ask them to simply secure the nails that were lifting. the guy who appeared to be in charge looked at me as if he didn't understand me, and i asked him, are you gonna fix them or not. he shook his head and said, "you glue." which, obviously, i can and will do, but, boy was i regretting tipping the chick who had done the full set less than 24hours earlier! That's the worst part, the other thing that should have sent me running for the hills, if i wasn't desperate was that when i had originally walked in, the aforementioned guy said he could do a full set. He sat me down, and took the dremel to the top nail surfaces of my first hand. Then someone walked in & he told me, "You come back later. my appointment here" and sent me packing with one hand's nails sanded, the other not. he told me to come back at 5:15. I tried to explain i was getting married at 7. he said 5:15. about 30minutes later we were walking by and my man urged me to go back in, because more than one of the other workers was unoccupied. i walked in and they had no problem doing the full set then. (it was only 3:00) no matter that maybe i would have been better off having the guy do my nails, how unprofessional can you be? start on my hands and then tell me to get out of the chair?? and y didn't he book me earlier for one of the other workers??? but his attitude the next day took the cake! Run don't walk away from this nail salon. It's the most filthiest salon I have ever been to. I'm surprised they haven't been closed down by the board of health. I tried this place out a couple of times giving them the benefit of the doubt but the service only got worse with each visit. My final appointment with Queen Nails took well over three hours. Unbelievable! I had an appointment, which they never honor at the time you request, the girl fit me in while she was doing walk-ins. I was so disappointed when I finally left, my nails were a mess and she had filed my nail all the way to the quick, which left me bloody and in pain for several weeks. I went with my mom and daughter we all wanted to have a nice time getting our nails done. Well the staff who could barely understand us was rude. I noticed they did not sanitize there equipment. We all looked at each other worried. But we continued. The next day my and my daughters nails were already lifting!! By the second day I had a fungus starting under one that was lifting!! They were very busy when I came in. It was ok at that point I didn't really care how long it was going to take. I was very patient as my feet soaked in the foot spa. All good. When it was time to remove the gel polish they used a drill. :-( on my natural nails. I have only had 1 other place do this. I put my faith in him and let him drill hoping he knew what he was doing. And that maybe the results would be different than my first exp with a drill. Maybe that's on me. I did place my faith in him thinking ok yea I've been here over an hour already he's in a hurry and I would like to go sooner than later also. Well of course, my natural nails are breaking 1day later. :-( My nails don't just break and tear on the norm. I am blaming the drill on this. I go to queen nail about every three week as I am a local. This is my mothers favorite place! She insist that Queens Nails are the only ones that can cut her toes the way she likes! Also they are really kind and great with older people. My mom is 83 and her balance is quite unstable and they recognize this and jump in and help her and they always make sure that she is safe and comfortable. I am completely pleased with their service and quality! You can also call ahead for an appointment! They really do have a sweet bunch of ladies there! read more

I Had been to this salon about 8 months ago for a pedi and they were nice, so I decided to go back last Friday and had the worst experience ever! They told me 10 minutes to wait, so I left for 5 and came back, only to end up waiting 35 minutes. They were pretty busy, and my nail tech was rushing through my mani so fast she was pushing my hands out of the way very forcefully. She was pretty rude. I had ended up waiting longer to get my mani than it actually took to get the mani. They looked alright so I paid and left. Later that day I had noticed the french polish wasn't even and was too thick for my liking so I went back the next day to get them fixed. The same nail tech I had before was busy again, so she made me remove the polish myself while I waited for her. Then when I finally sat with her, she didn't know how to file my nails properly so she gave me the nail file, told me to do it myself, and walked away. She rushed through it again, and almost skipped one of the clear coats! Then she made me pay $5 (I had already paid $17 the day before) just for the fix, even though I had to do my own nails practically. I will never go to this nail salon ever again. It would be worth it to go to one of the hotel spa's and pay more to get it done right the first time. Worst nail salon ever! read more
