It was covered in tree sap, bird poop, and raindrop dust puddles as it is parked outside all the time. It needed a really extensive exterior washing. The interior had pet hair, plus my hair to be removed, and several coffee and tea stain spill challenges. They even without asking, got grease stains out of the mat in the hatchback area. I also had other surprise interior work done like a loose side panel clip replaced so it wouldn't keep coming loose. Then they polished out the door dings, a rear bumper scratch, a front side panel scrape, and continued giving the car a good over all polishing, shining it to look almost new. They really revived this old car giving it new life at a very reasonable rate! Vinh was also very prompt to schedule something at my convenience and the time they took to do all this phenomenal work was just right! Many, many thanks!! I will definitely be back, hopefully sooner, so they don't have to work sooo hard like they did on mess that came in this time!

I was originally going to go to a difference shop to install XPEL XR Plus which has the highest rating, but after comparing that to Hayk's Rayno S9 film, it makes more sense to go with Rayno S9 (you can chatgpt yourself to see the difference). Both were nano-ceramic films with very high UV/IR heat rejection, and even though XR Plus was the more premium film, the 33% price difference wasn't worth a 3% difference in IR heat rejection. Car was done in about 4 hours, and the quality work is superb. Hayk also has a back spacious room where you can have snacks and drinks and work there if you don't have anywhere to work. Highly recommended if you want to save money on a premium nano ceramic film.

You explained every single detail of the tinting job and made sure we understood everything before getting started. The car came out so clean and looks amazing! Believe me when I say this place is awesome. I've had my windows tinted at other places before, and they were usually very messy. But Jeff takes great care of the job and of the car. His attention to detail and professionalism really stood out. My partner and I both brought our cars in on the same day, and Jeff was able to finish both the same day, which was awesome! We are both so happy and very satisfied with his work. Thank you, Jeff! He understood how meaningful this piece was to me --definitely not their usual car or window job. He took his time, made sure everything aligned perfectly- the placement was spot on. His professionalism, skill, and warmth made the entire experience unforgettable. It was apparent he genuinely cared to help me bring my vision to life, and that meant a lot. I am grateful for the pride Jeff put into helping me bring my vision to life. I'll be returning for future projects and recommend this business without hesitation. I look forward to when they start printing! Highly recommend.

I came back here 12 years later to get ceramic tint on my other windows…read more Scheduling via Yelp was very easy. I was able to get an appointment within a week. When I got there, I received the same high level of service I got more than a decade ago. Some new faces this time. I had asked to see how 70% looked and a sample strip was applied just so I could see how dark it was. I appreciated this extra help. There was clear communication each step of the process, so I never felt lost. I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Fast forward a month later, I still see some spots that seemed blurry. I made contact again via Yelp and explained my concern. I was told that a month is more than enough time for it to cure. So we setup an appointment so that they could inspect it and re-do the tint if necessary. Unfortunately, it did seem like it needed to be redone. I'm glad that they had foresight to allow enough time to redo. It's now almost a month later and everything is still great!

I had a 2005 Volvo XC 90 he had tinted a long time ago and my husband had his 2012 Subaru Impreza as well. Not one complaint. It took him 1.5-2 hours to complete the job. Super quick! Cut to over 20 years later to have him tint our brand new Lexus GX550. I wanted the windows as dark as I can get them for UV protection (leather interior) as well as privacy and I couldn't be happier. Reached out to the tint film manufacturer and they told me that the warranty card is invalid and iPro is not an authorized dealer of their films, and they did not obtain their films directly from them, so they are unable to assist. Now stuck with a peeling tint just after one year of usage. Long version: I had my car tinted by iPro in June of 2025. Then again for a different untinted window in May 2026. In June 2026, I began to notice the window tint installed in 2025 began delaminating/peeling from the window. This is on the rear glass. I rarely ever had passengers in the back and when I did, they are usually not messing with the windows for any reason. Car is kept in a garage so I am unsure why its peeling. Anyway I reached out to Cesar with the warranty card I received after the tint installation in 2025. iPro uses SunTek ceramic window tint films in their shop, and it is the one I had installed in my car. Cesar initially asked which part of the car was peeling, and I had provided him photos over text. After reading this, he began to ignore my communication over text and calls. After being ghosted by Cesar, I reached out to SunTek directly for assistance. Upon their investigation, they concluded that iPro is not an authorized dealer of SunTek films and the warranty card that I received from Cesar is invalid and not a real warranty card. They said since it is not a real warranty card, they are unable to assist any further. So now I am stuck with a peeling window tint just after 1 year of usage. I will be going to a different authorized dealer to get my windows re-tinted. While Cesar gave good prices for his tinting services, I would not recommend this place to others. I will be filing a complaint with the California Bureau of Automotive Repairs.
