On 5/13/2024, I went about 5:30 pm to pickup prescription at the drive thru; however, the shades at…read morethe drive thru window was down. called pharmacist no answer. when I got home called the pharmacy again. No answer. Finally connected to a store clerk and was told pharmacy was open but only for in-store assistance. when I spoke to the pharmacist, she stated they were short-handed. I suggested that they should have put a sign out to indicate they only had in-store service today. She stated they were not allowed to put out handwritten signs. I would suggest that CVS make appropriate signs to be placed in the window to let customers know when that at this time only in-store pharmacy services are available. Surely, CVS Health Corporation, with a reported $357.8 billion in revenue for 2023, can afford to make a few signs available to let its customers know that even though they have refused to hire enough staff for the pharmacy to accommodate the drive thru that in-store pharmacy services are available. Think about the mother with a sick child trying to pickup medicine but not wanting to bring her child to the store. Think about the elderly person who has asked a neighbor or friend to take them to the CVS to pickup his or her prescription.

I went in with 2 questions for the pharmacist…read more 1. What are your options for sudafed (what do you carry? i.e. 6 count, 12, 36) and how much. -NO HELP WAS GIVEN. The tech just handed me one random box and was inconvenienced. 2. What is the difference in the probiotics to buy since I'm taking antibiotics. "they are all about the same." Considering the prices range from $15-70 there MUST be a difference. No additional help waa given or offered. No purchase made (except the Sudafed). I went to Wal-Mart where a pharmacist ACTUALLY spoke to me and showed me options. Thanks for nothing CVS.
