Every time I go inside the store, there is a long line and only one of three registers open! The last two times I was checked out by a young man who 1) never spoke to me other than to tell me what I owed, and 2) chewed gum, didn't make eye contact with me, and was listening to his Bluetooth music while operating the register! While customer appreciation and customer service is near the bottom rung of all Montgomery gas stations, at least MOST of the gas pumps are working...and that coffee bar is not half bad! ....Now, if we could just get that cashier to at least pretend they are glad to have a job and be of friendly service....? read more

Not sure how they are able to offer up to .10 off a gallon off but I'll take it! All of those $.10 add up. The rewards program seems to be the draw for me here. I easily signed up for it inside, and someone walked me through the registration process. What I really like about the location is that it is clean, in there it's a great variety of snacks to choose from in addition to coffee. Definitely a place worth visiting. read more

This is my gas station hands down! I'm a rewards card member which helps in receiving discounts that go towards gas and other products and there is always some sort of give away going on! Now the personalities different from location to location but I have found that no one place is the same everywhere chain or not. If you looking for good snacks, coffee and rewards than Mapco is for you. I do wish they open more station along highway 20 leading towards Texarkana, please!!!! read more

I stop by the Mapco store for an early sandwich at 11 o'clock this morning. After waiting about 10 minutes at the sandwich counter with a couple employees milling around and not speaking to me or letting anyone know I was waiting I finally walked to he counter to just pay for my drinks. About that time some fat woman lazily shuffled from the back of the sandwich counter so I walked back to ask if they were open. Her only comment was "we been open". So hard pass on giving my money to these clowns. read more

If it was an option to give less than one store I would. The ATM machine was not functioning. I asked the attendant if I could get cash from him by purchasing a low dollar item. He said no. I had purchased a full tank of gas as well and he was still not willing to let me get cash from him. I will not be using this Mapco location again. read more

This location is convenient to my business and the prices are good but the pumps are always super slow and it seems as if the machines are always out of receipt paper. It's not real convenient to be able to pay at the pump but have to go inside for your receipt. read more

I stop here at least 3 times a week. The gas prices are very fair for the area. The bathrooms are always clean and the staff friendly. The location is convenient to get in and out of and being at the Publix is a big plus. I highly recommend. read more

Management and employees seem very ryde ir uninterested in being there. Had anissue with the app only providing me with 2.34 of gas and charging me 15.00 for it. This is the only gas station I go to in Montgomery . The prices are good , it's on a great side of town . By signing up for the rewards I get 3 cents off a gallon each time I go . The employees are nice . The only thing I don't like is sometimes it's really crowded and you almost have to fight for pumps . In order to avoid the crowds I go at night . The gas is truly a better quality . I drive a Honda and normally get 110 miles out of a half tank .. That's the highest I've had in Montgomery . read more

Everytime i come here for gas there is a problem........pumps that don't work, no signs on pumps that don't work, pumps that don't complete your transaction forcing you to move your car to another pump, etc. read more
