I called and asked for Mallory Krause and was I was asked for the claim number only to find out that she closed the claim and never reached out to me, never returned my phone calls nor sent a letter in the mail. I have proof that their worker Kishon damaged my vehicle yet they don't want to pay for my motor in my car. Lawyer loading..... because I've been calling, I've been patient and I've paid for a diagnostic from the dealership that shows my car had no oil in it, I have documentation showing that my motor is damaged with shavings in the motor.
