It isn't a new scam and I should've known better but I went in last week and my bill was ~$14.00. But I remember now they just ok'd the charge and I didn't have to sign anything. I can't even remember if I got a recept but if I had it wouldn't have mattered. I had no reason to think I needed to dissect it until now. I can't say for certain that this wasn't innocent human error but I can't imagine how that could happen accidently.
