We are looking for dozer and excavator for our farm. So they have a lot of equipment listed in their website and pricing. What we learned from buying use equipment is that we have to see it working and running. Otherwise it's going to be crazy expensive to fix. Anyhow. We saw this excavator for 20k so we just thought we'll stop by from our way to the farm. We pulled up around 2 midweek. Adonis was there. The only one there. When we walked in he didn't seem happy to be there. He didn't even greet us. He just stay seated and didn't even make eye contact. So my husband walked to his table and say we went to your website and saw this machine for 20k and the first word coming from his mouth was "the one that didn't work?" Again. That was the first word coming out of his mouth. Husband said "oh didn't know! Didn't say that in the website" and he said "yeah it's. It running" So fast forward we went out to check on everything in his lot. He kept saying well this is 60, that one 70, that one 90. And so forth. And my husband said "ready to work? How about leaks?" He said "everything leak!!! This is used equipment. Everything expected to leak" nonchalantly w his ass attitude. So anyway.. we left. Never again would we come back there!! I was in…read moreneed of someone to fix our washing machine, but when I came across ED Services site and reviews I figured I would ask if they could look at my dryer and electric stove top too. I was so kindly greeted on the phone, clearly told what the price for a visit would be and an appointment was made same day. Washing Machine: Nick ran all the error codes on my washer to figure out what the problem was and discovered it was simply a leaky door seal. His honesty was refreshing. Dryer: I was worried the lint was incredibly backed up and needed to be cleared. Also our vent hose had come off and needed to be re-attached. Again, with quick precision Nick completely dis-asembled our dryer, vacuuming out the dust, dirt and debri that had collected inside. He washed and dried the drum and re-attached the hose. He cleaned the entire vent hose and inside of the dryer free from lint. Electric Stove Top: a year or so ago two of the burners stopped working. We figured with the stovetop being 25 years old it had just gotten old. Nick inspected the entire system and discovered the two burners had gone out because a short had occurred and burned up where the electric chord connects to the control panel. Because of the age of our stove top he said he and his office would try and track down a replacement control panel and once they did they would reach out to let us know. I was so impressed by the honesty and hard work ED Services offered. His patience and friendliness also put me at ease. We will absolutely be calling them out again for any other appliance issues, should they arise.

We hired EMG Upholstery to make custom cushions for our patio sectional after not being able to get…read morethrough to my previous provider. So I went on the hunt to keep money flowing locally and found EMG. Let me start off by saying the fellow Erik, who did the work was as helpful and nice as he could be. He came by our home and did the measurements and we agree'd on pricing and fabric and I paid him half for the order. Custom cushions are not cheep, but he was more reasonable than ordering custom off line as our sizes were no where to be found so I really had no choice here. I had asked Erik to please only make one bottom and one back FIRST so that I see if the density and the workmanship was on point so we would be able to make any changes before making the rest. About a month and a half I get a text ( they like to text ), that the cushions were ready. ALL OF THEM! I didn't get my samples first and was not happy about that. They delivered the cushions and OMG they were soooo hard. They promised me they'll soften up in a couple of months....we'll see. So after agreeing to keep them and paying my balance, I'm looking at them and honestly not happy with the quality of workman ship. It's just not a professional job. I'm hoping they get better at these type of jobs. I wish them success. But I can not with clear conscience recommend them at this time for these type of cushions and I won't be using them again.
