One for building and one for cement. He signed both checks and deposited them into the bank of Texas. He returned my building deposit but not my cement deposit. I have proof from my checks and numerous texts messages saying it was in the mail or it would be taken care one it never was. Anyone is welcome to get ahold of me to see it.
