Two months ago Yz Pro provided excellent service to my Kitchenaide range. The oven stopped heating. He was prompt in making the appointment, he texted with his approximate arrival the day of the appointment (which was the bext day). Eugene serviced the range, discovered the issue, discussed the price, was able to order and pick up the replacement part within the hour and had it working. He cleaned up the work space afterwards. He ordered another part for the control panel that I told him about and he confirmed. Yz Pro's honesty, professionalism, ptomptness, fair price, and reliability are a rare find. I will definitely recommend and use this service again as needed. He saved me the price of a new range! read more
