During the facial one of the products they used was very oily and it got into my eyes. Additionally, the mask product was still stuck to the sides of my face and nose. When I arrived home, I had to get a warm towel to try to extract the oil from my eyes and scrub the mask from my face. Whatever they use, it's tenacious as it took some scrubbing to remove. While the massage is a standard non-personalized routine, I would return for the massage as the prices are attractive. She then started talking to the two ladies that massaged us, and one of them said $10 tip is the minimum tip for one person. I don't understand why there was a minimum tip amount, and why it wasn't written anywhere. The tip culture has become extreme, and pushing your customers to tip more is unprofessional.
