I loooove to see a new local coffee spot pop up! I found this one while searching for a convenient…read morestop on my way out to the Longview Lake/Lee's Summit area and was not disappointed. The space is large, bright and well decorated with plenty of seating - chairs, benches, couches, lounge seats. Some of the seating is sectioned out well and would make for a cozy conversation or study spot. Their pastry options were extensive and unique, both sweet and savory options. I'll have to try one on my next trip. Today, I ordered a pistachio latte that had some pretty excellent foam. They use Monin syrups, which is my preference (second to house made syrups, of course).

I saw that it was a newly opened coffee shop, and I had to give it a try -- and I'm so glad I did! I ordered an Iced Matcha Latte with both hazelnut and pistachio syrups, alongside their chicken and cheese bake. The bake is a warm, doughy pocket stuffed with shredded chicken and cheese. It was very flavorful and very filling. I would've loved it even more if it were piping hot instead of just warmed, but it still got the job done! As for the drink-- The pistachio flavor definitely overpowered the hazelnut flavor, but since I love pistachios, I didn't mind it as much as I would typically. Overall, Geo's Café is a lovely new spot with a great selection of small bites and a very spacious, yet quiet atmosphere that's perfect for anyone looking to work or study. I highly recommend giving it a visit!

Can't speak to the food (other than a donut) but as a coffee shop this little spot is wonderful!…read more Reasonable pricing and drinks menu and a huge wall of syrups to customize to your hearts content. And a convenient drive thru! Seasonal drinks and pastries were enjoyed - And I did love that creme brulee donut - absolutely worth the calories. The interior is bright with three walls of windows, seating is comfortable and when I went on a Wednesday at 8am was entirely empty. I have a feeling this will be a new favorite place to meet for business coffees as it is easy to find, easy to park and supporting local means a lot to me. The service was good too.

The women working the cashier was very kind and helpful. Absolutely fantastic quality of food and coffee! Our whole group was impressed with everything that we ordered. The stand out was the bacon Gouda sandwich on some phenomenal ciabatta bread. The bagel was outstanding. The pastry case was drool worthy and we'll have to come back to eat through it. Price wise its a bit on the pricey side but worth it for the quality you're receiving. Lots of free street parking available. Note for the cold brew lovers - they don't serve cold brew so be ready with your back up order.

It's small but not too small with the outdoor and upstairs seating. I was quickly greeted by the very friendly staff after walking in. I asked "what's the best thing on the menu if I was never to be here again (I'm a driver and likely won't)" and she said the bacon Gouda and boy oh boy was it good! The bacon was very high quality and so was the bread. The cheese was super melted and made the almost garlic buttery mayo taste even better. I would highly recommend it and would recommend this place!!
