Yummy's is a great neighborhood spot to grab breakfast when a good and inexpensive selection of breakfast fare, prepared short order is what you are seeking. There is nothing fancy here, the tables are plain, they do a brisk pick up business (so lots of foot traffic), and while the have a parking lot, parking is often an issue and getting out of the lot is a PAIN! But the service is good, they have a great selection including fish n grits (yummy!), waffles, etc. and the helpings are good sized. Food tastes great! My favorite is the French toast. My son loves the waffles. I like that they have beef bacon. I usually have to ask to have my scrambled eggs with cheese cooked well. I don't like soft eggs. That's just a preference not a reflection of how good their eggs are without that request. You must try them. Enjoy! read more

Hello first off I always loved the food but the guy on the register was absolutely terrible and rude and the atmosphere was awful I felt so uncomfortable I really am not sure if I'll even be back !! all the girls looked like the living dead no one was nice to my family not one smile on anyone's face the only girl I found helpful was the one with the red and black hair the tall girl was dirty looking everyone I honestly been there and always told everyone how nice the establishment was and how great the food was ,but the one girl that always waits on me wasn't there and her twin hasn't been there for a while, the tall server messed our order up I tried to get someone's attention and got nothing my half and half didn't even taste right and not once did I see the girls wash their hands honestly yummy 2 isn't what it used to be and I'm disappointed at that because this was my go to place read more

My family and I went there for brunch, which was one of the greatest decisions we made. We were able to find seating without a problem and it was a nice diner vibe....perfect for the day. I initially ordered the chicken breast but once I saw the waffle I had to switch to the chicken and waffles. That dish was amazing, the chicken was fried well and the waffle was fluffy and flavorful. My wife ordered the pancakes and they were also delicious. The best part is the service they were patient and we never felt rushed even though they were about to close. My first time and it was a nice welcoming atmosphere. Greeted as we entered with a smile and well, attentive customer service from our server (apologise for not remembering her name) but she was quick, attentive, and patient which is a big star in my book. Went for a quick breakfast with my pop and brothers. I had myself the American cheese omelette that comes with home fries and toast. Was okay for the most part, no real complaints at all. My only small issue which I mean real small, is the selection of dishes aren't that big or many but that would be all. Could also be cause I wasn't that hungry which is weird too but it has nothing to do with eating here. I drive past this place all the time so I decided to try it today. Plenty of off street parking (which is good on a super busy corner). Waitresses were really nice. Food came out quick and hot.. I had the veggie omlet which was very good. The homefries were also tasty. i just wished it was more whole pieces and not chopped up. That won't stop me from coming back. The menu's were beat up. After hearing and seeing great reviews I finally decided to stop in and I am not disappointed. I decided to order in advance by calling and placing my order since it was during the weekend. My food was ready within 15 minutes and I felt as if you get a good value for the price you pay. The parking lot can get congested during the weekend but there are other parking alternatives so not too bad. The waitress was pleasant and my food was ready upon pick-up. Yummy's is my ride or die breakfast spot. I turned my nose up to it for a long time and I was wrong...very wrong. The inside is nice & clean and the food is bangin'. Prices are cheap and all of the servers are great. One of the things that I like about Yummy is that any server (not just your table's) will walk around and check on you. Little about me, I never tasted bad coffee in my life, meaning when everybody around me EVER complained about coffee taste, I smelled the cup and took a sip and ALWAYS thought, "no, coffee is ok". I'm the guy who will see 2 day old pizza in refrigerator and say "yay, yummy pizza".... So now you know about low standards of my taste buds, let me tell you about liquid this, not so yummy place calls "coffee". It's Muck water with coffee flavoring!!! Come one, Yummy, clean your coffee machine from mold and replace water filter!!!! That's NOT asking for much!!!!! Side note, bacon was good BUT cook does not know or care what is "over medium eggs" are. You will get what ever he fills like it. Runny eggs seems his specialty. But the noise was unbearable - terrible acoustics made worse by the chef who constantly (I mean literally constantly!) bangs his metal spatula on the grill (is this really how you scramble eggs?), music playing in the background, and a ringing phone that nobody ever answers. Nobody greeted us when we arrived (sit anywhere? I guess so). They brought my wife's eggs etc. but not the toast,left without explanation. My plate and both orders of toast came 3 or 4 minutes later. I've been here several times. Each time has been a different experience. The first time the server gave us a check for the wrong table and acted like we should pay it even though it wasn't ours. The second time service was better but issues with a larger party. Food is okay but if you don't like pork they have breakfast meats in a large selection of beef and turkey also. I love waffles they have Literally the best waffle I've had thus far . It's always the same no matter when I visit. The only downside it's a small restaurant that's seat yourself so sometimes service isn't prompt if the servers don't see you , you may have to wave them down.
