The moment you walk into the restaurant, you've been transported to Japan. The ramen shop definitely fit The name with a lot of artwork and even including the kanji curtains you see in Japan. The staff was very friendly and kept refilling our glasses as were very fast with bringing our food. Their ramen was probably the best ramen I've eve had! The noodles were perfectly chewy and flavor of the ramen was splendid! It's hard to decide which one was my favorite cause they were all that good! And for the price of $25 it very worth it for the portions you get for ramen, two large tempura shrimp, 3 slices of pork belly, a perfectly boiled egg, nori, and fishcake. And if you get the crispy chicken ramen you get a whole cutlet instead of porkbelly! Highly recommend checking this place out! read more

If I'm only going to eat here once, once would be enough. The pork in the tankatsu wasn't fresh. The noodles appeared pre-packaged a lacked everything a good homemade noodle adds to fresh ramen. The gyoza lacked that crispy freshness that a great gyoza often has, and the miso was on par with the main course. Maybe it was an off night. Maybe my expectations were too high. Just left slightly underwhelmed. read more

Unfortunately, our experience at Yuma Ramen left us wanting more. The service was quick, which we appreciated, but the food itself was disappointing unfortunately. We ordered the crispy chicken and the black garlic ramen. The chicken lacked seasoning, the tempura didn't taste particularly fresh, and the broth was surprisingly bland...it tasted very watered down and was missing the richness and depth I typically expect from ramen. The soft egg was also interesting, instead of having it soft boiled and marinated it was if they just dropped it into the soup and had it semi poached? I really wanted to enjoy this spot and wish I could leave a better review, but this was honestly one of the least flavorful bowls of ramen I've had. Hopefully they're able to improve the consistency and flavor of the food, because the quick service was definitely a positive. read more

I don't know what was worse, the ramen or the price... When I saw a fast food ramen for $25 i thought it was cuz it must be awesome, but boy was I wrong. The broth was like hot Luke warm water with soy sauce and the noodles were clearly instant ramen from costco... Then the "beef" in it war really horrible. Other than that: no coment read more

I dont even know where to start. Its laughable how this place remains open. Worst ramen I have ever had, and the other three people I ate with all agreed. The noodles taste like they were made a couple of days before, the meat is rubbery and all this for $25 a bowl. Outrageous read more

We ordered takeout ramen from here after a long day on the slopes. A little warm ramen is just what we needed! I got the lack garlic ramen, and it was perfectly salty. The noodles were just chewy enough, and the meat wasn't overly fatty. It was a huge portion too! I loved it so much, I ended up eating my leftovers with an egg for breakfast the next day. It was even better on day 2! read more

We decided to go in for some warm ramen after a cold day on top of the mountain. Even though the space make look small, they pack a punch in flavor and offerings. We were a group of 5 and some of us had luggage since we were leaving that day and were able to fit it all comfortably at our table. Food came out quickly as we all ordered the black garlic except one got a spicy ramen and man! I wish we split since it was a lot of food (which I'm not complaining about too much food, but keep in mind if you're not too hungry split a bowl). But this hit the spot after being outside for the day. read more

The patio didn't appear to be open, and their tables are in disrepair for the most part, but they allowed us to take our meal out there on a beautifully sunny day while we watched our bikes (there's no bike stand). Despite being the only patio customers the waiter was attentive and constantly remembered to fill our waters and well as generally checking in. I love ramen! This hit the spot. The menu may not have a ton of options, but what they make is very delicious. My typical "go to" is miso ramen, which they don't offer, but the pork belly option was good. I like that their broths are creamy bone broth. And the prices might look a little steep ($25 per bowl) but for me it was two meals! My teenage son brought home some, but my marathon training husband ate his entire bowl ... so depending on your calorie needs might depend on how much you eat ... but we found the bowls to be a very fair portion. I imagine this place is hopping after a cold ski day! Ramen would defiantly hit the spot! read more

Not too bad. The ramen was expensive but big portions balanced it out. The ramen itself was good, flavorful broth and chewy noodles. Server never greeted us and barely spoke any words to us, never checked on our table even though we were only one of two tables in the whole place. Not good service at all. The food was not good either. No flavor, even after adding soy sauce and sriracha. The shrimp tempura was tough and rubbery. Couldn't even eat the cold raw egg. I feel a bit sick to the stomach now after trying to force some of it down. The price is way too much for how bad it was. And the minimum to tip is 20%, so probably why they don't feel they have to provide good food or service. I always tip 20% or more anyway, but wouldn't have here if given the choice. $100 for 3 inedible bowls of cold ramen, no thank you. Won't be going back. read more

Great ambience - cozy interior truly feels like an authentic Japanese ramen spot with warm wooden vibes. Service is friendly and efficient. Food is disappointing. Shoyu ramen is mediocre - broth and noodles okay, but beef is tough and chewy. The crispy chicken ramen was a total miss - not tasty at all, couldn't even finish it. Nice spot for the atmosphere. read more

Stepping into Yuma Ramen it felt and sounded like a busy little Asian market you see in NYC. While Yuma Ramen certainly delivers a decent bowl of ramen, it unfortunately falls short of truly standing out. The broth was a bit bland, lacking the depth of flavor I expected, I'm not a big spicy fan but maybe I should have gotten spicy to help boost the flavor. The crispy fried chicken did not taste fresh...it was reminiscent of a frozen chicken sandwich you pop in the microwave! The portions were generous, but overall, it felt like a 'safe' option - not bad, but not particularly exciting either. If you're in the area and craving ramen, it might do the trick, but for a truly memorable experience, you might want to look elsewhere. read more

Presentation of the food was nice, inside the business is also a clean space. However the Ramen honestly had no flavor. We had the Crispy Chicken and Tonkotsu Ramen. I first reviewed this establishment in November of last year, shortly after they opened. Not a lot to add about the quality of the ramen and the super attentive (without hovering) service. But we have been in a few times since winter season has ended and I keep forgetting to post the fact that they have dropped their prices substantially. There were a few complaints about paying $25 for a bowl (of the BEST ramen in Park City) but that bowl now goes for $18, a 28% price reduction. Check them out. read more

A warm and cozy meal after a cold and snowy day on the slopes! Yuma is located continently close to the Park City lift, and a short trolley ride from Main Street. Inside the quaint restaurant features numerous tables and a small bar seating area. The menu is on the smaller side, but incredibly well done. We ordered right away; a tonkotsu ramen for me, and shoyu for my boyfriend. Ramen came out very quick and seemed to be traditionally prepared (the tempura shrimps a nice little bonus!). This meal was like a warm hug; the broth was absolutely divine. Creamy (but not cream based), well seasoned, and warm enough to give the noodles their last bit of cooking. Mine had the chashu pork and was tender enough to bite off but with enough meaty integrity to fill you. I barely got 3/4 of the way through my bowl before I had to tap out. The portions are perfect! I was so pleasantly surprised that we were able to get right in and sit down. Overall the meal was quick and hearty, and one of the best ramen's I have had! Our ramen was yummy. The broth was flavorful and the bowl was big. I couldn't even finish mine. The beer seemed overpriced for what it was. The green tea was yummy. The wait seemed like it would be insane. We came on a Saturday night around 7:30 after striking out everywhere. We couldn't find any parking in Park City, and this place has an easy parking lot. But when we walked up the line was out the door. But we ended up waiting less than 15 minutes for a table for 2. My food was good but you can't charge a mandatory 20% gratuity when you serve 1 member of a party of 4 THIRTY MINUTES before the other 3 members. Table side service was nonexistent as well. The unethical practice of not showing the gratuity on the tablet put it over the top for me. I was informed by another member of my party afterwards. Other members of my party were not satisfied with their food, fwiw. read more

We come to PC every year in winter & was excited to see a Ramen spot. I had the Shoyu Ramen. I didn't want the Shrimp Tempura & they offered extra meat. Just that alone, was awesome! The portions are large & the amount of meat was very generous. The meat was very tender. It's not the best Ramen I've had but, definitely a great option. I'll be sure to visit again. The prices are a little steep but, you can't hold that against them. That's all dining in PC. I also had the Gyoza. It is steamed. Not my preference but, still good. Service was good. Cute place. Service was fine. We ordered shoyu ramen and tonkotsu ramen. It came out lukewarm had the waitress heated it up. The shoyu was very salty, almost too salty. The tonkotsu was okay. But $25 for ramen seems a bit crazy--if you're going to charge that much, it better be amazing. read more

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I went here based on all the glowing reviews, but now I'm convinced those were all bribed. They were handing out free drinks in exchange for 5-star reviews, which already gave me a bad feeling. Sure enough, the ramen was a letdown. The broth was flavorless and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours, the noodles were soggy, and don't even get me started on the toppings--unappetizing chachu and the egg was not marinated. The whole thing was bland, under-seasoned, and just plain disappointing. I get it, they're trying to pull in customers with the "free drink" offer, but they really should focus on making their food worth the visit instead. Definitely won't be coming back, even if they offered me free ramen for life. Save your time and money. read more

It's a good alternative for the area. Good beer list! Important after a day of skiing in Utah! But It's pricey for ramen, though big portion. Honestly, I think even the kid ramen would be too much. The tonkatsu soup was the highlight, everything else was just ok. The broth had flavor and depth, but the char siu was just a piece of fatty pork, tempura shrimp had huge thick breading. This cute restaurant is tucked away in the corner, and there is construction going on, so you might miss the entrance of the restaurant. Ok, the waitress told us they just opened up last week! So, their signage will be delivered later. That makes sense because you only see a flashing open sign. Decor and ambiance: Modern, stylish, and transports you to a Japanese inn. Hip Japanese music "Encore" by Yoasobi, and other artists, etc, is playing in the background inside. Service was friendly, attentive, and polite. Tonkotsu Ramen: Fukuoka style creamy 20-hrs pork bone soup. Served with egg noodles, a lava egg marinated with special shoyu sauce, 3pcs of melt in your mouth soft chashu pork belly, special shrimp tempura, scallions, naturo, and nori. The presentation was fine. It was missing bamboo shoots or woodear mushrooms. Otherwise, it was a great bowl of ramen! The broth was rich and creamy. You could taste all the hard work they did to make this broth. The noodles are medium thickness and have a slight bounce and chew. Two shrimp Tempura are including and they are Jumbo prawns. Good fry on the tempura. The chashu pork belly was thick and meaty. It has a lot of melty, fatty goodness, and they drizzle a soy sauce based sauce of it. They leave the skin on it so you get this gelatinous skin that is fun tochew..So, good. Overall, the $25 price for a bowl of ramen!?! I know this is a ski area, and usually prices are higher at these types of places vs. other areas. After trying it at Yama Ramen. I must say, they do it well here! It is worth every penny! Back in Cailfornia, a great bowl of ramen ranges from $15-$22. Black Garlic Ramen: Fukuoka style creamy 20-hrs pork bone soup & black garlic aromatic oil. Served with egg noodles, lava egg marinated with special shoyu sauce, 18-hrs Sous Vide chash pork, grilled with Char Siu sauce, special shrimp tempura, scallions, naruto, and nori. Basically, just as tasty as the Tonkotsu Broth but you could taste and smell the black garlic oil. It added such a richness to the broth. The pork chashu was thinly slice and very tender. You really can't go wrong with whichever one you choose. I hope this place does well as they food is delicious. It's a must try if you like ramen! read more

I had Black Garlic Ramen. First tasted the broth and thought ok~ not bad. However, the noodles just ruined everything. That is not ramen noodles! Mushy texture and bland taste. I've had many ramens before, this ranks toward the bottom somewhere. Actually maybe the worst, considering the ridiculous price. Expected better for such an overpriced bowl of what they called ramen. And the service was nothing to be praised about. Not very friendly overall. If I had to wait for a seating and got this, I would've been really pissed. Service was terrible - server focused on the larger table next to us who seemed to be friends with our server, while we seemed to be neglected.
