Very little additional investigation or explanation was offered, and I was simply told to use Allegra-D and nasal spray despite not having allergy symptoms. These treatments did not help. What upset me most was the drastic change in attitude after the MRI was clear. I understand serious conditions need to be ruled out, but I did not feel heard, supported, or taken seriously afterward. Completely careless and guess what? MY EAR IS STILL MESSED UP A YEAR LATER !!!!!

I understand offices can be short-staffed or have emergencies, but the constant changes, lack of clear communication, and inability to honor a long-scheduled appointment was very unprofessional and inconvenient. Patients plan their time around these visits. I hope they improve their scheduling and communication processes. If you're short-staffed or unavailable, don't schedule patients weeks out just to cancel and reschedule them last minute. Extremely frustrating experience.
