Our experience from the very 1st phone call was outstanding! Jason Resh demon absolute professionalism and compassion as we described our dilemma! We broke down in our 2010 F350 King Ranch and luckily very near the dealership. We "nursed" it...towing our 52' 5th wheel (OUR HOME!) at about noon....delighted to have the thing safely off the road, we found that our scenario was best dealt with by trading in our truck and biting the bullet on the one truck on the lot that was perfect for our needs, in the color we prefer! The process is time consuming, every buyer knows...but Nina and Jason made our time with them go by so much easier than we ever expected and went out of their way to beat anybody's "Les Schwab" story!!!! A fair price on our broken King Ranch, an immediate problem solving mode out of our salespersons, a doable deal on our new F350 Lariat and a professional positive experience has me giving 5 stars GLADLY! I highly recommend you ignore the negative reviews and give this team a chance at getting your needs met! - the Barkers of Washington State on our way to Arizona

I expected to be pressured and the whole ordeal you'd expect when shopping for an auto. Eddie was not at all what I expected and the whole experience went above and beyond my expectations. I brought my vehicle in for a simple service inspection and asked to be present so I could point…read moreout specific areas of concern that needed to be documented for another dealership. I was respectful and clear about what I was trying to accomplish. I was told certain components were fine and did not need replacement, despite being advised otherwise by an Audi dealership. When I calmly explained that I wanted to ensure accuracy since this is a Ford dealership and not an Audi specialist, one of the service technicians responded in an extremely unprofessional and aggressive manner. He told me, "You have no idea what you're talking about. Keep running that effing mouth of yours and I will refuse you service." He then continued to repeat this while backing away, attempting to intimidate me. I was honestly shocked by the behavior and how quickly the situation escalated despite me remaining respectful the entire time. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told none were available. When I asked for the technician's name, staff were hesitant and vague, and I was told this kind of behavior "happens all the time," which is even more concerning. The technician that caused this altercation is named David. This was a very disappointing experience. No customer should be spoken to or treated this way under any circumstances.
