As I use to detail cars RV's ect, I can say they are not the best at detailing, but obviously that is not their profession and I can not hold that against them. However, there was slight problems Not so much with Jim, but his workers. In addition to vehicle returns unclean, but after inspection, I found repairs unaligned. I brought this to Jim's attention and took it back to him to redo in October. They had my vehicle for 25 more hours to fix or realign bumper, and unfortunately the best solution they could offer was to take out the light and either use a screwdriver or vice grips and bend the fender to match the bumper. Sadly, in the process the fender became crimped, wrinkled, and chipped. Although it is slight and need to be keenly observant to see it, I feel the repairs are not up to the high standards we both would expect. I would hope they could offer a solution in this matter. What I have to say which is best, they have very secure facility for vehicles. If you can not pick up your vehicle, they have gated fenced and locked parking in the back. They will pick up your vehicle, and deliver upon request if you desire it that way. One last note, Siskiyou Collision Center should have owner notification when vehicles are finished and ready to pick up. I still think they are over all a pretty good place to deal with. Cecil's (which bills as Robustellini's Body Works) gave us the lowest estimate range ($150-$175) as well as the shortest repair time (30 minutes). The other body shop I contacted said it'd take two hours and cost around $200, and they said the part would take a lot longer to come in. The final bill was $149 and it did take only a half hour. Service was friendly, professional, and assertive. John was willing to order the part based on my description of it and with the VIN so we didn't have to wait for it to be ordered. I really appreciated how prompt he was with calling me and letting me know that the part had been ordered, when it was expected to arrive, and when it had arrived. I didn't have to chase him down for details. He contacted me and could get things taken care of as fast as possible. I would definitely recommend Cecil's without reservation in all respects - best price, fastest service, thoroughness, friendliness, and professionalism.

This shop is not a STAR station, so be sure to check your paperwork before coming in. This shop also requires a reservation for a smog check so call ahead of time! Kevin completed my smog check in under 30 minutes, and while I'm not sure what the average price is, his kindness, efficiency, and professionalism were absolutely worth it!
