How is this place even open??? Out of nowhere my phone started shutting off even w a charged battery. I work off my phone so it was urgent it be fixed. I hobbled in at 5mos pregnant, a knee injury, and a screaming baby in a stroller. There were 4 employees; 2 of them were assisting other customers, but the other two just sat at the registers with zero shits given. I got so frustrated I went up to them to ask them why I wasn't being helped!! They just waved me off like someone will be with you shortly. It was a petite light hired med skin tone girl and a blck guy. It looked like they just got finished fucking in the bathroom and didn't want to be bothered. Don't ever go to this store. When one of the men finally helped me, he told me I had converge and to call the phone number. I rush home to call, only to be denied. I spend the next 2 hours hysterically crying on the phone and I'm still worried they wont be able to resolve my issue..... Go to ANY other Verizon store. read more

The most unprofessional and unpleasant experience at this location. Employee like, Odalis, should not be representing a brand like Verizon. He is disrespectful and has an awful attitude. Visited this location on January 2025 and he was immediately rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. Refused to provide basic services to me as a customer of over 15 years. It's a shame. They need to hire qualified people to work at this store. read more

I read a couple of previous reviews and noticed they were over a year old. I believe it's under new management now. In any case, my experience could not have been better. They save me a great deal of time and lots of money. The corporate Verizon in New City was a disaster. I am so lucky I found this establishment. They were patient, intelligent and sensitive to all my needs. Nate couldn't have been more helpful and Chris, the manager, was wonderful as well. Can't recommend them higher. If there was an 11, that's what how I would rate them. read more

We purchased a new Verizon router and cable box but the router doesn't even work. We left without any instructions and nobody asked us anything. They only took the order number. And after the lady raises the packages and drops it right on the chair. No wonder it doesn't work. Find somewhere else to go and you should really go to West Nyack instead. read more

Went to upgrade phone. Sold a product (tablet)which I did not want or need. They said it was free, just pay the activation fee, "and your plan will be the same". Come to find out when I get home it's not. Paying an extra $30 a month for the tablet. Price of the plan was the same as my old plan, they manipulate the numbers so you pay the same as the old plan. I could have been saving $30 on a new plan. So I went to return it and got hit for a $75 restocking fee. They wouldn't waive the fee, I told them I would be getting another phone...didn't matter. So I'll be getting another phone somewhere else. Not recommended, due to shady sales tactics. read more

I gave 1 star because you have to choose at least that to review. I've visited this store twice before today and both times were a dissapointment. Today was the final straw. After waiting 30 minutes on line, my toddler announces that she needs a restroom. It took 3 representatives to find out if she could use theirs. Then the bomb, she was denied use. SERIOUSLY?! So you're forced to stand on line and then you can't use the facilities. Would they rather she went on thier floor? I'll never go back. I'd rather drive to Pearl River where they actually value the customers. read more

I've been a customer of Verizon for the past year or so and have never had a problem. Besides a long waiting time, Cristian has always been very helpful. I ordered 2 phones and received a call from Cristian that my phones had arrived. I was told to go to the store and anyone there would be able to help me activate them. When I went to the store to pick up the phones, I was treated very hostile and rude from the second I walked in. The gentleman that was there was trying to dismiss me from the second I walked in and told me I had to come back when Cristian was there. I asked him to check in the back for my phones and he refused. I asked him to call Cristian to see where he left my phones and he said that he was not going to bother him on his day off. I said to him, okay so who do I complain to because my phones are in this store and you are not trying to help me. At this point he called him and like I had told him, they were in the back. When he comes back with my phones, I was trying to explain to him which number went with the phones we had ordered, a replacement and a new device. He says to me "Now your giving me 100 things to do, I've been here all day by myself." and I told him, " I had a long day too but I would never speak treat patients the way you are treating me". I went to walk out and get my husband to see if maybe he would treat him better and I told him that I was going to report him to Corporate and his whole attitude changed. Now he was "trying" to help me. Moral of the story is, he was rude and had a nasty demeanor from the second I walked in. I will be calling Corporate as soon as I find out his name, which he refused to give me but if I could save someone the frustration that I went through, I AM HAPPY. I will never deal with anyone else other than Cristian there and if I walk in and see that man there, I will walk out immediately. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. read more
