When I reached out to confirm and clarify what happened, the provider acknowledged she forgot to book me, but then canceled my future appointments and said she was no longer comfortable doing advanced treatments on me. I understand mistakes happen, but I found the communication and handling of the situation unprofessional. I was simply trying to clarify an appointment time that had already been confirmed, and instead of the scheduling mistake being handled clearly, I was made to feel like I was the issue. Because of that experience, I would not feel comfortable continuing services here and would not feel comfortable recommending her.

Apparently, this hair attendant didn't acknowledge the fact the temperature here in KC went down to 27 degrees yesterday, and intended for me to walk out the door with a head of sopping wet hair, with COVID & Flu Season & all! Why are there hair-dryers at every counter, but are not being used? Is it to much to ask for a quick blow-dry? I sounded off about it, before & while paying her, and made sure the other customers waiting heard my little rant. The salon is located in a really cool building in KC with a super chill vibe. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. they offered water, coffee, or tea right away, which was such a nice touch.
