    We've been long term clients of Ashley's. She is awesome at men's, kids cuts and women's cuts/nails & color. Highly recommend.

    The staff was very nice. The lady that did my hair was super sweet and she did a great job putting…read morethe correct colors and doing my hair how I wanted. Unfortunately, she left dye stained on my scalp, ears, and the side of my face. I spent about $150 on my hair and went to this salon in order to achieve the color I wanted. I expected to be met with professionalism but instead, it looks like I used Splat dye to get my color. Like I said, she was very sweet and did a great job on my hair, but I'm a bit frustrated with the unprofessional stains I have left on my head.

    I went to this location for a lash lift. I liked the girl, very friendly and I've gone to her for a…read moremassage once before. Somehow 24 ish hours later I'm pulling glue out of my eye. I ignored it at first but when I kept pulling glue out 3 days later and nearly unable to use my eye I called and went to the eye doctor. When I called the shift manager did not seem to care, her response was "oh goodness" The lady that did my service heard about it and followed up with me and suggested I speak to the actually manager instead. She was very kind and understanding and ask what I wanted done. I told her I wanted my money back and my dr bill paid for ($80) She gave me my money back for the service but told me that her district office had to handle the doctor bill. That was Friday (6/24) and I haven't heard anything other than "you're on my list to call" I'm very disappointed with all of this. My family was very panicked that permanent damage could have been done and beauty brands did not take it seriously at all. I really tried to be calm and understanding but I just want it to be done with and I'm getting ignored. The district office should have handled it when I tried to reach out instead of making the manager handle it
