My stylist didn't introduce herself so, I had to ask her what her name was. I had purchased a first time client consultation which included a haircut, deep conditioning, and brow color or wax. I choose brow color. The room we went into had one chair and little else. I assumed it was because they just recently opened. She asked what I was looking for and I said I've had the same haircut for years and wanted something completely different. We talked about a cut that would enhance volume at the top and sides as well as the back. I thought we were on the same page but, I was mistaken. I will say she did take her time and was very conscientious with her work. When she turned me around to look in the mirror, my hair was EXACTLY the same as when I walked in, just a little shorter! I was expecting SOMETHING to be different. She asked me what I thought and I told her it looked exactly the same. She said she added layers using a razor but, it just looked flat. Very disappointing. Jesika listened carefully to what I wanted, took off exactly the right amount, added soft layers to repair the breakage, and textured it perfectly to bring it back to life.
