Yep. That good. She's professional, does a great job balancing being friendly but not overly familiar (a fine line) she's punctual, and candid. Most importantly: she knows her stuff. My asian hair is tricky to cut and style; I've heeded her advice for each visit, and am glad I went with her expert recommendations. Plus, her rates are affordable - Women's cut (includes shampoo) is $35, so I don't "stretch out" my visits, as I have with other stylists with steep rates. Unfortunately, she left dye stained on my scalp, ears, and the side of my face. I spent about $150 on my hair and went to this salon in order to achieve the color I wanted. I expected to be met with professionalism but instead, it looks like I used Splat dye to get my color. Like I said, she was very sweet and did a great job on my hair, but I'm a bit frustrated with the unprofessional stains I have left on my head.

I ignored it at first but when I kept pulling glue out 3 days later and nearly unable to use my eye I called and went to the eye doctor. When I called the shift manager did not seem to care, her response was "oh goodness" The lady that did my service heard about it and followed up with me and suggested I speak to the actually manager instead. She was very kind and understanding and ask what I wanted done. I told her I wanted my money back and my dr bill paid for ($80) She gave me my money back for the service but told me that her district office had to handle the doctor bill. That was Friday (6/24) and I haven't heard anything other than "you're on my list to call" I'm very disappointed with all of this. My family was very panicked that permanent damage could have been done and beauty brands did not take it seriously at all.
