No explanation. Within minutes of checking online, I found multiple openings later that same day and plenty of availability the next day. Customers should not have to fact-check your staff. I was told there was no availability when there clearly was. Call it what you want, but giving customers information that is demonstrably false is unacceptable. As a dad trying to manage a busy schedule, I expect honesty, professionalism, and basic respect. I received none of the above. Love our stylist, Botum, though. We walked in expecting a child-friendly environment, but it's just a normal barber shop, with normal seats, but with paintings on the walls and TVs at each station. We signed up specifically for baby's first haircut and we reiterated that it was our son's first haircut before starting. The barber put absolutely no effort getting our son comfortable and just went in on him, telling us to forcibly hold him down. We expected the haircut to take maybe 15-20 minutes, but we were done in 5 minutes since our barber couldn't have cared less and just starting buzzing away despite us saying we just wanted a trim. Our son ended up looking like Mark Davis (pic attached for reference). His hairline is now at the top of his head and the rest of his hair is uneven as if he took safety scissors to his own head. Needless to say we are never going back and would not recommend anyone take their child. NOT TO MENTION it was $30 for the 5 minute botch job, more than I pay for my own haircut at the barber shop.
