After I discovered a previous party rental place was not able to accommodate me on my event date, I…read moredecided to whip out my phone and do a quick search on Yelp which led me to Party On Texas as I needed something a bit closer to East Austin. After taking a look at their hours, I gave Marissa a phone call a little bit after her listed hours and she answered with such a friendly attitude and very willing to help. The event date was less than two weeks away and with her large inventory she was able to fulfill my entire request. From stanchions to wooden chairs and cocktail tables, Party On Texas had my event covered. I also rented and paid a service fee to have a 10x10 tent setup and staked down (thank goodness because it was super windy that day), as well as, a few orange cones and tables. What stood out to me was how they were willing to do a same day delivery and pickup without charging an abhorrent amount. I also appreciated how the delivery fee was less than a $100 and not some crazy amount which I've been quoted from other companies. I will definitely be coming back for my future event needs and think y'all should too!

But my other girlfriend advised against it because I don't have a covered patio, and the wood would get ruined. Mariel V. suggested Marissa at Party on Texas. I paid $72 for ten chairs and an 8' table. My guests sat outside on the patio to eat! I had 39 people inside my 2100 square foot house and the ten chairs and table were perfect. I also really like the idea of not having to hoard or store furniture I can't use regularly.

0/10 rating. Horrible experience and completely unreliable! Customer service was lacking, to say…read morethe least, and unfortunately very unprofessional. We were trying to book for our daughter's wedding and kept getting the excuse of "we're in transition." I understand moving locations, but when a customer from out of town is trying to come by multiple times to look at colors of linens during the business hours listed on the website and no one is available to help, that is a problem. On Sunday, I had requested an appointment for Thursday, called, emailed and took off work to try to efficiently make multiple appointments in the area, and was called on Thursday by the owner George Torres while already driving and told that no one was going to be available for me to stop by and that I could come back the following week, if I wanted. Then, my quote that they had sent me was removed, even though I have pictures showing that it wouldn't expire until June 9th and had not asked them to remove the quote. So I sent in another quote request the next week with no response, tried calling multiple times leaving a message to please provide me with a quote with no response again until I finally emailed asking someone to please reach out to me to schedule an appointment to look at linens. The other owner Nina Torres called and told me that they thought my quote request was "a mistake" and had already booked 2 events for that same day with people who had been previous customers so " I guess that's for the best," she said. Well, I guess they aren't looking for any new customers and won't ever get my business or recommendation. Horrible experience!
