Very poor service. I visited today and was the only customer in the store and had to chase down an…read moreemployee for help. It was never offered. Once I requested help, the young guys stood around as if they were confused and didn't know how to go get a shoe from the back. The guy that eventually brought the shoe to me was a bit short with my sister and I. After speaking with him we decided to not get the shoes and left. I'd rather order online or shop somewhere else than to deal with poor customer service. I won't be returning.

Anna C helped us today, getting us into a couple pair of shoes to see which ones fit best. I needed a pair of darker color shoes so that I could get away from my dress shoes during the winter months. Super friendly, professional and helpful in getting us in and out of the store within 30-35 minutes. Always a great time seeing the various options, and making sure that the shoes fit nicely and are suited for immediate use.
