Good service; I'd recommend them…read more I actually didn't have Atlanta Fitness service any equipment; rather, I purchased a used spin bike from them. Bill did an excellent job communicating with me; he took the time to let me know what my options were and which bike would be best for my needs. They are just getting their website up, so I wasn't able to purchase the bike over the website; nevertheless, when I emailed them to let them know I was trying to buy a bike, they communicated back with an invoice that I was easily able to pay. We had some minor difficulties with delivery; after I had scheduled a date, it didn't get confirmed in their system, and they had call back. Then, on delivery date, they arrived a little over two hours late; that said, they communicated with me via phone that they would be late, and the unloading crew were very kind and professional when they got to my house. So far, I'm pleased overall. If I have any troubles with the bike or with servicing, or if I have a particularly good experience with it running well, I'll update this review. I would recommend this business.

My foot being very wide he reached to oboz to see if they could order me wide shoes. Overall, 5 star customer service. There are very few stores now a days where employee takes time and care for their customers. Great job, Chuck!!! MO is lucky to have you.

I am beyond disappointed! I drove well over two hours TWICE !!…read more My family and I visited the Alpharetta store on yesterday. To say that we were over the moon to find two perfect bikes that we had been searching for months. We purchased them both and made arrangements to pick them up in my husband's truck the following day. I can't begin to express my disappointment when we arrived less than 24 hours later to find that my husband's bike had been sold. While I completely understand that things happen, we called three hours prior to coming to confirm the hours...and when the store rep called the assistant manager, he found more joy in knowing that the bike had not been stolen. This is not customer service. This is not good business practice. Matt, the manager, was there when we purchased the bike, and the assistant manger was there to rejoice when it was not a net lose to the company instead of the customer. What kind of establishment is this?! I am so supremely disappointed! Your word has to mean something!!

The machine was adjusted at full speed which caused a loud rubber sound. The technician should've advised this wasn't recommended on an old machine. Further, the company sent an overpriced quote to replace the belts for hundreds of dollars when the technician advised not to replace belts because it would put stress on an old motor. The owner (Lisa) wouldn't issue a full refund of the $150 service fee which took 10 minutes to complete. Poor business practice and profits over conscience. *The company is trying to spin it.
