Fast forward to today, I went to pick up the pants and the lady I'd spoken to on the phone was there and she turned out to be the manager. I tried on all of the pants she'd set aside for me but was still having trouble with the fit so she circled the store and found me even more additional options. I think I stayed close to an hour there! I've never had a retail experience like this, where someone is truly invested in making sure I get exactly what I need and that I feel comfortable with my choices. She seems like she genuinely enjoys her job and that was so refreshing as a customer who really wasn't sure what she was looking for. Thank you for your help and I will definitely make the trek back

We resell at our Church Consignment Sale (on season, so there is a little bit of storing) BUT its worth it to me. We have bought our Dicks Sporting Goods (DSG) cleats and shin guards for soccer in the Fall. Recently we came here for a t-ball batting helmet. Man, I know NOTHING about baseball/t-ball and really nothing about batting helmets. One of the employees saw me struggling with a 4 year old and came over. (I forgot his name) Super helpful and we left with a batting helmet, chin strap and a ball...$27. So when I say reliable and convenient...yes we will continue coming here for our sports equipment.

(There were 3 or 4 employees at the front checkout although there were only 2 customers checking out.) Encountered an employee coming out of a back room who addressed me and asked if she could help. She was obviously new and didn't know where to find the product, so she located another employee who was on a ladder working on a display and asked where we could find the product. The employee on the ladder told the new employee who was helping me that she was "busy" and couldn't help. While we continued to look, I did locate the product I was looking for by accident. The product was hung on an unlabeled hook and had no price tag on the product. I did ask to speak with a manager and was approached by two males who did apologize but spent much more time making excuses (understaffed, time of day, slow time of the year and others). To be clear, the store was not busy but there were customers, but none were approached by an employee while I was there. After speaking with the "managers" I did not purchase the product as I would rather spend my money at a store with customer service and solid management.
