Took a Guardian bike in because of a flat tire and they were able to replace the inner tube. Except it popped immediately, so they investigated and found that the tire was stripped on the inside thus causing the flat. They had tires to fit the Guardian bike and were able to replace it for us. He sent the receipt via email and printed so that we could send it into Guardian for reimbursement. 10/10 recommend for the service and extra mile. While we were there waiting, we saw how attentive the employees were to the needs to the customers in the store but also how aware they were of people walking in and getting to those people quickly without sacrificing service to those they were already working with. 3/10 over all store cleanliness was good however the staff is very condescending, I came in simply looking for accessories for my Trek bike and was met with language that left me feeling as though the staff felt like I could not afford what I was looking for. Can't say enough good things about Free Flite. Dropped by today because had an issue with my Road bike on Friday (stripped crankarm thread) and needed a front tire change. The guys on the shop side were quick to address my issue and up front when they stated the crankarm would need to be special ordered. All in all; was there about 25 mins. Shop is well equipped with cycling gear and bikes (Notably Trek, Santa Cruz & Pinarello); but they'll service any brand. I recommend this crew if you're in the Marietta / Roswell area or even beyond. read more

Updated Review 8/19/2017 A few years ago I wrote probably the most scathing yelp review in the history of reviews. I was upset about multiple experiences I had in store after purchasing a Trek road bike. Recently, Zak, a relatively new manager, had my review brought to his attention and gave me a call. He asked me about my experiences and I was frank and honest about the customer service I had encountered and my reasons for being so disappointed. I specifically mentioned a few terrible issues I had had while getting my bike serviced. What he heard seemed to genuinely concern him, and Zak offered to give me a free service for my bike (valued at $100) to try and help right the situation. Even though I vowed to never use Free Flite again, I was enticed by the offer and brought my bike in for the service. Zak was there when I brought my bike in and was super friendly despite the harsh words I had written about his store on yelp. My bike was serviced and ready in about 24 hours. When I picked up my bike it was shiny and clean - my biggest complaint from the last service. They pumped my tires and it was ride ready when I left the store. I am glad Zak reached out and I received a complimentary service that turned out better than I was expecting. I'm not ready to give this business 5 stars because of all the not so great history, but thanks to their work and effort to make things right, I am willing to add them back to my list of bike stores I will shop. We bought our mountain bikes here about a year ago and I couldn't have been happier with the service we got. We actually came here after we were "poo-pooed" in another store for not wanting to spend several thousands on a mountain bike. Gentleman who assisted me showed me what they had, asked me about the bike, my wife's riding habits, and if she wanted a comfort seat, explaining to me the differences in bike saddles as we looked at their in stock selections. Best bike shop and people in the metro area hands down! Anyone who knows me knows that I know almost everyone in the mountain bike community and industry in this area and they know me. And I have never, not once, heard a bad thing from them about FFB! And if there was something they didn't agree with or whatnot, the managers, employees or even the top dudes, Dan and Daniel were on top of it to make sure your expierence was the best! The only bad thing you might hear is that there's too much spandex walking around the stores. While I'm trying to logon to my computer, he said he will call me back b/c he was busy. Unfortunately he never called me back.
