Had my bike serviced and they did a great job. Reasonably priced services and very friendly owner and staff. I will be back.

Ok place to buy a bike. friendly guys, big shop. I love the bike I bought…read more Can't recommend the current bike techs. spent a chunk of change for a tune up refresh and some work was not done at all, some was done poorly. "No labor charge for installing new parts" sounds great until you learn the $30 chain is $70. Brought the bike back to try to get adjustments redone. I was at the store over an hour. I told the mechanic it wasn't right, he said I could leave it and he'd go through it. The bike was at the shop for a couple weeks in February, I brought it back and he told me it was perfect and the best he could do. Why would I leave it again? This is the short version. There's a lot more. Never going back. Adding to the review after a couple weeks. Worse than I thought. Someone at the store dropped my by bike on the derailleur side and bent the hanger. I was lied to by the mechanic who said he test rode it and it was perfect. It was not. He wasn't competent enough to know the hanger was bent or he's the one who dropped it and didn't want to draw attention to it. I know it was dropped because my seat had a scrape on it and was ripped and my derailleur had a large gash in it. I bought a derailleur hanger tool and bent the hanger back in place and was able to adjust the bike to shift very smooth. I'm guessing the shop has this tool, but nobody used it. It's about 95% there but I ordered a new hanger anyway since I had to to replace my seat. Absolutely terrible repair department. Incompetence is one thing, lying to cover up poor work is worse because it's intentional, in my opinion. This is still the short version.

Best Bike Shop I have worked with!…read more Fantastic experience at Atlanta Cycling. Matt and his team was incredibly welcoming and took the time to walk me through every step of the buying process without ever making it feel rushed. Communication was great throughout, and when my bike arrived, he made sure it was perfectly set up and that I felt 100% confident and happy before I left. Truly professional, friendly, and customer-focused. I couldn't recommend them more.

I've been to this shop a few times and unfortunately have had a consistently frustrating…read moreexperience. Most recently, I came in to test ride an e-bike I'm considering purchasing. When I mentioned that I typically ride a 58cm frame because it feels more manageable for me, I was quickly told I was riding the "wrong size" and should be on a 60cm based solely on my height. I understand fit guidance is part of the job, but the way it was communicated felt dismissive of my actual riding experience and preferences. At one point I was told, "I've been doing this for 30 years," which came across more as shutting down the conversation than helping me find the right fit. I also asked to test ride an e-bike to get a feel for the assist, and it felt like an inconvenience to the staff. I had to ask multiple times before they agreed, and by then the interaction had already left a negative impression. I'm sure the staff is knowledgeable, but the approach can come off as arrogant rather than helpful. As a customer, I'm looking for collaboration and respect for my preferences, not to be talked out of them. Unfortunately, this has been my experience on more than one visit and I wont be returning or recommending this shop to anyone.

Avoid this shop. I brought in my scooter for what they said was a $75 fix. The invoice said…read more"installation," and the technician assured me I wouldn't be charged again if a part was needed. A week later, they added $50 for the part plus another $75 labor fee, bringing my total to $200. Nearly a month later, my scooter still isn't fixed. I had to call five times for updates because they never followed up. Eventually, I was told the repair failed and they want me to pay for yet another part. The shop responded to my concerns below by citing a posted $100 diagnostic fee, but my invoice said installation, and staff explicitly told me I wouldn't be charged again. If this policy were truly iron-clad, why did they charge me $75 instead of $100? That alone shows that these policies are flexible when it suits them but firm when they've messed up. Their explanation doesn't change the fact that I was misled and left without a working scooter. I've already paid $200 for nothing but wasted time and broken promises. The only fair resolution is for them to complete the repair, parts included, at no extra cost. If you want honesty, communication, and actual results, take your scooter elsewhere
