Each flight was crazy expensive or not what I asked for. I asked twice that they call me and provided my number, yet they continued to just email flights. Then, they just stopped all together. Lazy, cold, unprofessional, and ignorant. I found them on Google, that's how businesses are found by new potential customers. University Travel…read more My family and I have made our travel arrangements (almost exclusively) through University Travel for many, many years. There's a reason we keep coming back! My latest trip was a birthday gift. I chose the spot: Morocco. Morocco is an odd mix of the modern European and the medieval. It's a tough spot to arrive at cold, with beggars, hustlers and dishonest cab drivers all about. Starting with a pre-arranged 45 minute car ride to our hotel, we were taken through the foreign throng with ease and comfort. Our driver was waiting at the airport terminal exit (with a large sign for us) and took us to the swank Marriot Casablanca (with a stop for coffee and cash exchange at my request). Petra's itinerary worked out perfectly. The next day, a first-class train ride up the coast from Casablanca to Tangier was a treat. All of our tickets: Car hires; train tickets; hotel vouchers; and our Air Canada flight tickets (Boston/Montreal/Casablanca) were arranged in order in a convenient envelope, with a printout of our itinerary as well. Restaurant and shopping recommendations were provided and proved to be helpful. The hotel in Tangier, Grand Hotel Villa de France was a gem. With a patio view over the Strait of Gibraltar (Pillars of Hercules, visible in the distance) a first class restaurant, excellent concierge and chamber services, a clean swimming pool with gorgeous tile mosaics, the place - while clean and crisp - was loaded with Old World charm. And not expensive. It was easy to plan the trip, as Petra formed our arrangements according to my wishes, with invaluable advice and suggestions added on. She made it look easy. But that's the mark of a real pro.
