But recently we had a scheduled flight that was cancelled because of a blizzard. There was no way I could arrange a new flight because the airline "disappeared" all of the flight information. It was a weekend and we were stuck. I reached out to Dasa on a Sunday morning in desperation, not really expecting her to be checking work email on a Sunday morning. But she responded within minutes! She got us booked on another flight at no cost and did it all on a Sunday morning. We would have had a nightmare on our hands if not for Dasa. She has also arranged at 16 day trip for us in May; she arranged plane fare, all hotels, and rail passes... always providing choices and waiting for our decisions. Dasa and Village Travel are top notch!

They didn't have the courtesy to even reply to my emails or phone call. They are rude, typical of Bostonians. Cold, cold, cold. Do not do business with these people. They are fake, bs artists.

I reached out with several destinations,…read moreflexible dates, and what I thought was a somewhat generous budget ($1500/person) and got a response simply saying "we will not be able to assist you". I wish they had told me why! Are the destinations more expensive than my budget? Are the dates unavailable? I referenced "my partner" - do they not work with same-sex couples? I also said I was open to other destinations - did they not care to look into other destinations for the dates I provided? I would have been happy to increase our budget or look into other destinations - but I guess they didn't care about offering me other options. It just seems so weird that they wouldn't want to work with me. For a company with such good reviews I'm disappointed that they don't want my business. I hope others have a better experience!

I had a wonderful experience joining a memorable Japan tour organized by Feti Travel in June 2026!…read moreThe trip was very well organized, and everything was arranged thoughtfully, which made the entire journey comfortable and enjoyable. One of the things I appreciated most was how cost-effective the tour was. Considering the itinerary, transportation, accommodations, and overall experience, I felt that we received excellent value for the money. It was a great way to visit Japan without having to spend too much time and effort planning everything ourselves. The tour allowed us to see many beautiful and interesting places in Japan, experience the local culture, and enjoy delicious food along the way. The schedule was also well planned and the local tour guide was so friendly and personable, so we really enjoyed our time during this trip. Overall, I am very happy that I joined in this tour. I would definitely recommend Feti Travel to anyone since I know this agency organize a lot of tours at different countries, especially those looking for a well-organized and affordable tour with great value for the price.

I recently had to postpone a trip to Italy because my wife had a health emergency, and I was very glad I used MVT to book the trip. Because of her efforts, we were able to quickly reschedule the trip for the Fall. THIS is THE place to go for traveling to JAPAN…read more I booked a trip to Japan in the middle of my summer back at home in the SF Bay Area. Luckily, i found a round trip ticket for just under three weeks to Tokyo from SF for under a grand. Still, I wanted to backpack through Japan, visit at least 4-5 cities, and fit everything into a modest budget. After some research online (and Japanese tourism has awesome research available), I stumbled upon IACE travel. The staff is SO nice. Honestly, I had no idea what I was doing, and the girl that helped me out Ritsuko, sat with me for about 40 mins going through various sample trips and agendas, despite the fact that I had not bought a single thing! She walked me through where to eat, where to stay, how long to be there....just awesome. I walked in needing a JR Rail Pass, and when I got down to it, she was so efficient and helpful in getting me one. And I walked out with it. Even after, I emailed her my ideas and she helped me plan my trip around them. After the trip, my 17 days visiting Tokyo, Hiroshima, Kyoto, Osaka, Kobe, Sendai, Yokohama, Nara, and Mt. Fuji were amazing. And even though I could have gotten the JR pass somewhere else, I don't think I could have gotten better advice and trip planning help than here.

Who knew (well, perhaps baby Jesus knew?) that on Dec. 25th bored at my families gathering- I would click the link to find "round trip airfare to Tokyo Jan 3rd to Feb (something or other) $500*plus fuel!" This was cheaper than the $860-$1200 tickets I stalked all year round. The total came to $740 for a Jan. 17Th-Jan 27Th (Thurs- Sun) visit.
