In the past I've relied on internet services to book trips, but since I've stumbled upon Colpitts Travel I've truly experienced relaxing vacations without a hitch. For instance, it is evident that she has personally visited almost every island in the Caribbean. With that she's given me first hand (and honest!) comments, recommendations, and her own photos of many hotels/beaches. Kasia was a wealth of information, had traveled exactly where I was going in Italy, had amazing and practical ideas for sightseeing and fabulous tour connections in every city! I was working with Kasia to coordinate travel to attend a wedding. To start, she did not return phone calls and was hard to reach. After getting in contact with her I paid the deposit for the trip. When I later called back to pay the final bill, she claimed I had not paid my deposit. After having to prove that I paid, I was told my trip was booked and I was all set. However, once I received my confirmation I noticed that my name was incorrect. I called immediately and was assured that the problem would be fixed. When I received my travel documents, the error was not corrected and I had to handle the situation myself. The reason I am giving two starts is because we actually did make it to our final destination and back without issue. However, I will say that Kasia left out many details and over looked important facts. I would not use her again. read more
