Theresa was able to quickly give us recommendations on the best places to go based on our group. We ended up going to Iberostar in Montenegro Bay Jamaica, and it was beautiful. This was my first experience using a travel agent, and I would've been lost without Theresa. Throughout the experience, she was able to show her expertise, knowledge, and even advocate for our guests. The best part of working with Theresa was that my wife and I did not have to coordinate travel with 52 people, which would've been a headache. The location ended up being the perfect place, and our wedding couldn't have been more beautiful. When in Jamaica, all of our guests commented on how helpful Teresa was, and how she made herself available to everyone throughout the day/night's, and even at 11 PM. I have asked on many occasions for brochures, prices and ideas and she immediately comes back to me with a wealth of travel information, via email and snail mail. See people...this is why you DONT use expedia or any online services, you will never get the customized, heart to heart help from a call center, in the way the Colleen can provide. I have also started to ask for some travel help for my trip to Germany next summer, and shes right on top of things, even though its so far in advance. If you have any ANY troubles with your travel before or during, she is there to help you...like I said...you wont get this kind of awesomeness from a call center or computer, now will ya!? I highly recommend her services and I am pretty sure you can do business over the phone, in person and via email. LOVE IT.

We just returned from our second European trip that was booked by Cindy. The hotels she recommended (7 of them!) were all clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. She suggested ways that we could save money and provided us with discount codes, too. Cindy went "over and above" when we couldn't locate our tour guide for the Eiffel Tower. I contacted her by text and she immediately went to work to identify and provide me with the guide's mobile number and also, provide the guide with my number. Long story short...we connected with the guide and were able to enjoy all the benefits of a guided tour over general admission. We look forward to working with Cindy again and recommending her to our family and friends :)
