We just returned from our second European trip that was booked by Cindy. The hotels she recommended (7 of them!) were all clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. She suggested ways that we could save money and provided us with discount codes, too. Cindy went "over and above" when we couldn't locate our tour guide for the Eiffel Tower. I contacted her by text and she immediately went to work to identify and provide me with the guide's mobile number and also, provide the guide with my number.
