This was my first experience using a travel agent, and I would've been lost without Theresa. Throughout the experience, she was able to show her expertise, knowledge, and even advocate for our guests. The best part of working with Theresa was that my wife and I did not have to coordinate travel with 52 people, which would've been a headache. The location ended up being the perfect place, and our wedding couldn't have been more beautiful. When in Jamaica, all of our guests commented on how helpful Teresa was, and how she made herself available to everyone throughout the day/night's, and even at 11 PM. I don't think I can put into words how pleased I was with Tye Tours, but I will try…read more I brought 10 college students to Manchester to witness firsthand the campaign atmosphere leading up to the New Hampshire. We hoped to attend campaign events throughout the state. And we could not have done it without Mel and Tye Tours! Mel was willing to drive our group to all corners of the state at odd times of the day, sometimes adjusting his personal schedule. He always kept the drives interesting with fascinating trivia about New Hampshire and New England in general. He was a sweet man who got to know the students and offered them candy along the ride. On one instance, Mel went above and beyond anything I could have expected. A student became ill at an event and had to be transported to the hospital. Mel drove the rest of the group from Concord back to Manchester, then returned to Concord to wait with me in the ER while my student was treated. He then drove us all back to Manchester, accepting no additional money for the extra 4 hours of work. Mel is not just good at his job; more importantly, he is a good man. I would highly, highly recommend him and Tye Tours.

I took a recent pilgrimage with this group to Mexico City for Our Lady of Guadalupe. There were…read moreseveral times the group of 144 pilgrims was put in very unsafe/dangerous situations. The miracle of our pilgrimage was that no one was hurt, lost, or robbed. When I spoke to the owner, he was dismissive and wanted to argue with me. I wasn't complaining about compensation I was sincerely concerned. He basically said anyone who was not able to get themselves an Uber after being lost in a mob should probably not be traveling. These tours are expensive, and people use them so they can travel safely. This is a shameful response, and I would never travel with them or recommend them AT ALL. Steer clear. If I could leave no stars I would but it would not let me.
