I've been using their service to and from Logan for years. It is. 75mile, 90 min drive from the boonies in NH. Pickup has always been on time, if not 5-10min early. The ride is uneventful and I can catnap on the way to be at Logan by 7am on a weekday. The cars are in very nice condition. The drivers have always been super professional. Highly recommend it if driving yourself in to Logan or back from Logan is not an option read more

I used Grace Limo for wedding transportation and airport transfer to and from our honeymoon. The wedding. We chose their fancy old Bentley- beautiful car. Superb service. Only issue- we had a wedding on December 4th heat in the car is not great and the fitment of the doors is not so great either- we had a 1 hour drive from manchester to the Wentworth and it was darn chiily. The service provided by Mike really made all the difference- lots of hustle and a savoire faire guy- he knew when to talk and when not to. He stood by attentively at all times durring our photoshoots. My bride indicated that he was also extremely polite and attentive in ushering her form the house to the church. Highly reccomended. These guys due class A service. We also used them for a 3:30 AM departure 2 days after our wedding to get from Manchester to BOS. Prompt driver- readily reaching for our luggage on the front porch. With so many others services I've used the guy can barely get his newspaper out of his lap before I'm putting my own luggage in the trunk- again class A service all around. They car was a very new Chrysler 300 sedan made longer for livery service- great quite ride on the highway. If you are looking for car service in NH- these guys are the way to go. read more

Service fit for royalty! I was recently surprised when my fella booked a car to return me home to Burlington, VT from Manchester, NH. Grace Limousine made me feel like a rock star! The limo arrived on time like clockwork. Jimmy was my driver and he was great! I was warmly greeted at my Aunt's front door and helped with my luggage. My Driver opened the sedan door and again to my surprise there was a chilled bottle of sparkling wine! Next to the wine was a gorgeous bouquet of flowers. (white roses and purple snapdragons) and a box of Otis chocolates. I'm sure that was an added package. It was very romantic! He opened the bottle and filled my glass before we departed. Jimmy was a great driver and we chatted for a bit before I decided to dive into my book. Upon arrival in Burlington. I requested a stop at the grocery store so I could grab something to take home for dinner, as I had drank much of the champagne and couldn't drive myself. He was happy to accommodate my request. Once we got to my home, my luggage was brought right into my front door! I highly recommend Grace Limo. The service was friendly, the ride was comfortable, the interior and exterior of the car was spotless, and most importantly their attention to detail leaves you feeling like a rock star! The cars are always on-time, impeccably clean, professional drivers and great service overall. The only issue is they are the most expensive service. I was so impressed with Grace Limousine for my wedding in May 2015. Our two chauffeurs were Mike Amaral and Jimmy Stewart. I'm telling you, they went above and beyond. I'll elaborate. There was a lot of pollen in the air the day of our wedding, so the girls' black patent heels were covered in yellow. I kid you not, our chauffeurs got down on their knees and helped clean each girls' shoes. They pinned my dad's boutonniere, and they held the doors as I entered the church. One of these lovely gentlemen even spread out my dress before I walked down the aisle. I was so impressed. Never in a million years would I have expected such kindness. We used Grace Limousine for our wedding. They worked with us to create two packages for our needs and budget for pick up and drop off before and after the wedding. I worked with Rae for booking and she is awesome, super friendly and made everything easy and stress free. The limo arrived early to and from and had excellent service from both drivers. The limo was very nice and clean. They had a champagne toast when they picked us up and more champagne available along with bottles of water both ways. They were also accommodating for using the trunk for storage and stored our cake tier in a mini fridge on the way home. They picked my now husband and I up at our house and then stopped along the way at the hotel to pick up our bridal party and then the opposite on the way home. Getting to your wedding and back is stressful and they made it easy and totally stress free! read more

My terrific husband booked a surprise evening in Boston to see the new Cavalia Odysseo (by the creators of the Cirque du Soleil phenonium) and also rented a town car from Grace. They were supposed to arrive at 5:45pm and didn't come until 6:05pm. (We had VIP tickets that gave us dinner before the show, hence the early departure time) My husband called the Grace office twice to be sure we were on the schedule - the first time at 5:50pm and the dispatcher said the driver was two blocks away. 15 minutes later (still no car/driver) my husband called a second time..this time, the driver was pulling up as we were on the phone. Bad enough to be late BUT the real issue was that the driver had no directions as to where we were going!!! Although my husband had put all of this in the reservation information, the driver had no directions. And even asked my husband if HE had the directions :-( With so many limo/car services out there, we will give our business to a different company the next time. And we think you should as well-this company is a logistical mess. read more

My husband and I worked with Grace Limo for our wedding on October 8, 2021. We used Grace Limo for both our wedding day as well as our rehearsal dinner. We rented the trolley for the wedding party on the day of the wedding. It was a beautiful vehicle and perfect for photos. Ours came equipped with champagne and water, and there was a hookup for music! There is plenty of space and it's perfect for brides who don't want to be stuffed in a vehicle or have to sit and wrinkle their dress. You can stand comfortably! We also rented one of the 55 passenger buses for the evening before to transfer our guests to and from the hotel and restaurant for the rehearsal dinner. The bus was a comfortable charter bus that fit our very large guest amount perfectly. We were able to bring coolers with drinks on as well. This vehicle also has a music hookup for your phone to play music. I want to say there was a bathroom on it, but you would need to double check that! Both days we worked with wonderful drivers who were friendly and accommodating, as well as on-time and professional! The prices are great (gratuity is included) if you're looking for a clean and classy form of transportation. If you have any questions, definitely reach out to Nikki from Grace Limo. We booked Grace Limos for our wedding. They were very professional and prompt for the day of the wedding, as well as while we were booking (Heather was really nice). The only issue we had is that there seemed to be a lack of communication between the Grace Limos office and the driver himself. When the driver showed up to pick up the groom's party, he was basically asking all of the questions of our contract to my husband (the groom) - which added to more emotions & stress that wedding morning. They are also a little bit more expensive than other transportation vendors, but their quality of service is better, so it mostly works out to be alright. Overall, though, everything went pretty alright - solid 3.5 stars (but can't do 1/2 stars on Yelp). read more

I had an event for my son this wknd, first i will say their staff was always great to speak with , John thank you for your time with everything. I got the luxury limo bus, I thought the bus was newer , but thats just me, their climate to control to keep the bus a happy medium was not good , it was either to cold or you had t shut it to get warm, there was no control as far as low med or high, when I got on the bus to check it out felt like it had not been cleaned I found someones shirt that was left on prob from night before. The Driver was good, but he spent to much time explaining some rules which ate up my minutes of time. which I was not happy about. Gave to many examples of what can happen which again took up to much time before we left. i He was a much older gentleman ,and kinda felt bad that it was such a late night , think they should leave the late night jobs for younger guys,. as i was getting a little bit anxious that he was getting tired at the wheel. He was covering all basis but I think i got it the first time he went over the sam rules before we left and gilding examples of this and that, so again ate up my hourly time that cost. I had my group under control as i made sure that no one got out of line...He followed protocol , but needs to quickly announce it and not give to many examples of what can or could happen. I think he was an old school soul, just like my father was..I also appreciate old school ways. My husband did feel he did a good job and knows it can be a tough job and felt for his position.. Like I said I understand that he certainly has to let, esp all 20 yr olds this lecture , but there were 4 older adults on this and i personally felt like i needed to be told how to behave.I felt like I was in class.. He did well and was following guid lines but he need to shorten this a little and get things on the road because were a half hr behind schedule to destination. I do however think he has to certainly make that point with a bus load of just 21 to 30 crowd , because as did some of my group they had a lil to much, but I was there to take care of situations of 1 or 2 getting sick. But I was well prepared for any event they many occur Must be being a mother of 3 sons.. So that being said, He was a gentleman and did his job. We know how hard it can be to have to bring home a group that had been drinking, I'm just glad that I was on board to take care of that for mine as i kept them all in line , like the den mother.... I would still recommend grace limo out of manchester esp dealing in a professional business manner. read more

Although Grace Limo came highly recommend, I was very disappointed with their service and would never use them again. They were supposed to pick up my daughter at the airport. She was flying alone cross the country and they were late to pick her up. As a result, my daughter was left alone waiting for them outside in the dark and cold. When I called to complain about them being late to pick her up, the owner was incredibly rude and called me a liar. Also, they are much more expensive than other companies in the area. However, I was called two days after the concert my family (wife and 9 and 5 year old daughters) attended stating the driver miscalculated the hours and was $200 off (undercharged). I tipped the driver very well and didn't want him to get in trouble...but I am horrified that this extra 2 hours was even brought up to my attention by management in that I have a singed receipt by their driver and myself. Some companies just don't understand...the driver was great...as well as the drivers on the airport pick up I used them 2 weeks prior were excellent...So frustrating!!! Went to Boston for our Anniversary and tried Grace Limousine for the first time. Our driver (Rick) was great. Attentive but not intrusive and knew his way around Boston. We went to dinner first, we picked a place at the last minute, and then for drinks before going to a show. Rick was there when we were ready to leave each place (the longest we had to wait was 2 minutes). It was great knowing we were in capable hands. We recently had a 50th surprise birthday event for my sister. I called around to get rates, and Grace was in the middle of the pack with pricing. I was going to go with one of the cheaper options, but then I heard some horror stories, so I decided to pick the pricing that was in the middle ground. Boy, was I surprised! While the price may have been in the middle, the service was through the roof! I can't remember the name of our Chauffeur, but she was female. She showed up to the house with a card for my sister, and the limousine was decorated with balloons and other snacks and goodies for the event. We were blown away. She showed up 15 minutes early, and she was the consummate professional the entire night. She was friendly, fun, and the highlight of our night was the limousine. If I ever have the occasion to use a limo again, I will call Grace. read more

So we were flying back from Houston last week and while we were in flight, the pilot said we would gain an hour because of a strong tailwind- I figured we would have to wait for the limo to arrive at our set pick up time. NOPE Kathy at Grace was there, texted me when I landed and told us where to go!!! The car was clean as usual (they always look new when we take Grace) - Grace isn't going to be the cheapest always, but if you want a fair price, ultra clean cars, drivers that are great, courteous & newer cars- use Grace ! If you want an old car, that smells like smoke and should probably be used as a taxi, don't use Grace) I am not sure why this Joey S. Complains so much about Grace's prices ??? They give you the price before you, via email, they confirm the price after the trip and are up front with the total!- he must work for another limo service -- )) Trust me, Grace is reliable 100% of the time. read more

I've had good luck using Grace Limo Service in the past. I used them for trips to the Airport. We tried to book a Limo for our daughter's birthday party. We only needed the Limo for 3 hours. Grace has a policy of a 4 hour minimum. They wouldn't work with us and said it was the policy. So we could not use them. Found another company that was willing to work with us for for a lot less that we would have paid for the 4 hours. read more

As soon as we take him up on that offer, I'll add one final review for this company (based on how the do over goes).
