So I called AAA and they said that they would send out one of their contracted companies. The woman that I spoke to from AAA told me it would be about an hour wait. Not 15 minutes later did a nice gentleman show up, and within five minutes he had my car going again!! He was even nice enough to let me observe what he was doing, because I realized while I was waiting, that at almost 35 years old I should probably know a little something about what to do in this situation. He didn't seem annoyed at all with the plethora of questions I was asking him and I can only imagine how obnoxious they must have been because I literally know nothing about cars. Just wanted to make sure to say thank you!! I wish I got the man's name that came out to help me, but I was just SO excited that I wasn't stranded in a parking lot anymore.

I drove by and dropped it off and they were friendly enough and told me my car would be worked on at 8 AM and would be ready probably around noon or 12:30 PM the next day. So I dropped the car off in the next day. I called around one and no one answered the phone. So I called two more times and no one answered the phone. So I went to go look to see if my car was ready and there was a frustrated gentleman there who said that management didn't unlock the doors until 11 AM and he could get the car in to be rushed for an alignment. At this point I'm sensing that this business isn't running like it should so I took my car out and brought it to the Toyota dealer for repairs. They answer their phone. They did the work quickly and professionally. I'm really disappointed that such a national chain was so disorganized. I will never go back to this location.

To my surprise, Mike said he had the same Platinum AGM battery with 3 year warranty in his truck! The price was only a little higher than the local auto retailer AND he "quickly" installed it right then and there! Was well worth it! Will request Mike the next time we require roadside assistance. We did a recent trip to Martha's Vineyard, what a waste of time & money! The bus left late because…read moreof course people were late. Got to the ferry early and had to wait a considerable amount of time for the ferry returning from MV. Ferry ride was no problem. Got to MV and told to look for bus # 30, no bus # 30 but there was a bus # 28. It would have been nice if someone told us about the change! Bus was an old rundown school bus with no air conditioning, not what we expected. Bus driver was Spanish & very hard to understand. He complained to us that we were late & it would affect how much free time we had in Edgartown. We were late because of no communication from our tour guide. Saturday is probably the worst day to visit MV since it is changeover day. We spent a lot of time in island traffic. He talked about the Jaws movie for most of the trip and some of his other facts were not correct. We have very little personal time in Edgartown. When I went to give the driver a small tip, he saw a $20 bill in my hand and said to me, " how about that one", very rude & unprofessional!! The meal at the 99 Restaurant was good and probably the best part of the trip but I could have had that meal at the local 99 in Salem, NH & would have saved myself a lot of money! This was our first & last trip with Rite Way Travel, very unprofessional! They should change the name to Wrong Way Travel! Bob & Andrea Korbey
