This location is in a small strip on a main round. The strip has only this store and a Beef O Brady's. Therefore, parking tends to be a little ruff at times. The store is on the small side compared to other locations. Staff has always nice, polite and pleasant on the occasions I have been here. Again, good selection of most items you are looking for. They tend to be a little pricey for things that you could find in the Walmart down the block but well worth the extra money just for the politeness of the staff and the convenience. Everyone is always willing to help find what you are looking for.

After eventually figuring out the process, I went to the register to pay, where there was still no eye contact or conversation. I then returned to the machine to engrave the tag and nearly broke it several times trying to fit the tag correctly on my own. A second employee later came in, and when I asked for help, he was noticeably more friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the experience made it clear that consistent customer service training is lacking among the staff. I will be choosing PetSmart moving forward. I didn't feel like a valued customer at all.
