This was my first visit here for my dog Coco. She had never been to a groomer before and was nervous at first but came back out super happy. She is a mixed lab breed so does not need to be trimmed so I have no experience with that. But she came back very well brushed out (badly needed), bathed and nails clipped. I will have no problem coming back in a month to do it all again. I felt the price was within industry standards for the area - if not a little lower. read more

BUTCHER Em Up Pet Salon! They absolutely Butchered my miniature Schnauzers! We are devastated. Such a hack job. We ask and had a consultation as to how I wanted their hair cut. I even provided a photo. Three dogs. One was cut properly. One they completely shaved her ears. We we ask they be left long. The smallest got a complete head and body shave. She had Matt's under her chin that needed to be cut, but the rest of her face was to be left as a schnauzer cut with long eye lashes and long hair on ears. She is so badly chopped up that it can't be corrected for at least a year. The cut her! Eyebrows don't match. Gouges everywhere! This is so bad! I kept asking why???? Why??? Would you do this???they thought it was funny. I didn't want to pay but I knew they would file theft of services on me with the police. This was my first and last time with this groomer. when asked how I wanted my dog groomed I gave specific instructions that she is not to be shaved down even if they thought it was best. The groomer and I spent about 5 mins discussing the type of cut I wanted. I gave VERY clear instructions that my pup was not to be shaved down and I thought i was understood but clearly not. When I went to pick my dog up I was absolutely appalled. My pup was left with razor bumps and they shaved her down so badly that her skin was left red and irritated. I would not reconsider nor recommend these groomers at all.They are also highly overpriced for the horrible work they did on my dog read more

5 stars for this nice pet salon right behind 7Eleven and on the corner of Hickory Tree Rd and Hwy 192. My first time here with Sunny the little shih-tzu and it was a good experience. She came home happy, Unlike the other salons she'd been to she was terrified and wouldn't eat for days. This place provides full service and affordable. Definitely coming back again! read more

If you bring you have an 8am appt and you bring the dogs at 8:30, she will turn them away and cancel the appt. The owner is rude and doesn't tell the customers that before they make the appt. read more

Love this place. I've taken our two pups there twice for bathing, slight grooming on one, and nail trims. They return to us looking great and not traumatized. The rates are very reasonable, and they're pretty quick, plus will take walk-ins and last minute appts. Most importantly they follow our directions. Other place we took our pups, we told them to leave hair as long as possible on one of them. We got her back trimmed very short and with uneven hacks in her fur. This place is awesome and worth the drive!!! The employees are so kind, professional and most of all, gentle with my 3 dogs. My cockerspaniel received a shave, bath, nails trimmed and my 2 labs received a bath for shedding so much and nails trimmed. All for $75. including a tip! Remarkable!!! The girl at the counter was so nice, she works with pit bulls, a gentle soul she is and the employees are so sweet. My sister told me about this place and so glad she did. This, by far, is the best groomer I have ever gone to. Victoria was kind, patient and very knowledgeable. She loves what she does and it shows. Very affordable and friendly. Your furbaby or amphibian is treated like one of her own. When I picked up my little dog she was happy, clean and smelling great. Victoria explained her experience and passion for animals.
