Everything went well, I've been to other groomers and was always happy with the job they did. But something was always missing, I always described how I wanted Buddy to look, and somehow, never came out exactly right, until today! From the minute I walked inLily pups groomers and was greeted warmly by the front desk young lady, she was knowledgeable and very friendly. And then they took Buddy back . When he came out when he was done. All I can say is perfection. They finally got what I described and I got the teddy bear look I wanted. His hair was trimmed perfectly... not A hair out of place. And I wish I could remember the name of the woman who did it but she was fantastic. And I must say the price was quite a surprise! Very easy on the wallet!! Our dog is just about to hit 15 years old! We brought him in to Lilly pups to try getting professionally groomed. Due to his age I have been trying to avoid groomers only because he is getting older and has trouble standing even when I bathe him. They were so welcoming and understood the situation. They explain that they have a hammock for older dogs and let them break every few minutes cause of the stress of being groomed. Most amazing was the time they took to really clean out his ears well, they haven't looked that nice in years. Our dog came back looking amazing and I can tell even he was much happier. We were so impressed I would highly recommend them and are happy to call them our groomer moving forward. read more

I took my four year-old Brussels Griffon for the first time to get groomed to Lily Pups Boutique. They were posted on a community post and received high reviews and I wanted to give them a try. They are extremely friendly, extremely clean and very well prepared. The Groomer came out personally since this was our first time there to meet us and find out exactly what type of look I was going for. Although she is a Brussels Griffon, we normally have her groomed with a teddy bear face. She had not been groomed at a groomers for at least a month as she was sick and then I was hospitalized. Therefore she was extremely furry. I was extremely impressed with the staff, the location and everything available for the Pets to enjoy. I will be taking her back to continue to get groomed there. And one of these days, I will be scheduling for her to get a mud bath. It is definitely a "Spa" environment for pets. I added a before picture, however that was taken two weeks prior to her groom so she was much more furry. And I added the final look after the grooming and I love it. Took dog for grooming and he got a horrible reaction on his face. Not sure if it it's a rash or cuts, or an allergic reaction to the way the blade was used since he had to go short, but there is dried blood spots all over his face. When I called the store to express my concern they started making all the excuses possible and avoided all accountability. I wasn't calling to get any money back or complaint, I was simply worried and wanted to let them know of the situation in case they might have any advise or tips to calm area, but their attitude totally made things worse. I understand these kinds of things can happen and he might gotten an allergic reaction, but this has never happened before and I don't think any dog owner should be dismissed like that for just being concerned about their dogs. Also I didn't appreciate paying $120 + tip to have my dog to be full of blood and clearly in distress. read more

Lilly pups boutique is fantastic and I am SO happy they opened in St. Cloud. My lovely Winnie had her grooming apt today and they did a wonderful job. Winnie is a Pomeranian poodle and is 7 months old. They handle her with care and compassion. The groomer came out and met her before taking her back so that Winnie could get used to her and feel more comfortable. I asked for Winnie to be cut shorter and I am very pleased with how she came out. She smells amazing and is super soft. All of my dogs will be coming back to Lilly pups for their future grooming appointments :) I also added before and after photos to show how wonderful Winnie came out. read more

After searching thru google. I came across the only 5.0 rated groomer in the area with over 100 reviews that I could find. Lily Pups and staff did a great job on my Doodle. He is very clean and smells great. Their facility is the nicest and cleanest I have ever visited. Definitely recommend!! read more

I've been using Lilly Pups for awhile now, and they always do so good with my dog. I can tell she likes her groomers. I take her in every 4 weeks. I love that they have Sunday appointments, because I can drop her off before Church, then she is usually ready when I get out. So convenient. I recently recommended them to someone on Facebook that was looking for a groomer, (as did multiple other people), so they have a lot of satisfied customers. read more
