This is my third time taking my Australian Sheppard who weighs 47lbs and is almost three years old with skin allergies and hates her paws being touched and I have no negative comments. We brought out Golden Retriever and Long Haired Dachshund to Pet Scuad for a mini groom today and we wish we came here sooner!! As soon as we walked inside my pups were greeted by name even though we had never been here before! The service was fast and efficient! I received a text 2 hours later for pick up which was great! I would highly recommend Pet Scuad to anyone! *backstory* The previous grooming I took my dogs to never cut my dog's hair right and even shaved my long haired dachshund after being told not to. In addition, that groomer cut my Golden's face and never told us! By the time we discovered the cut, it was infected and cost us a vet bill. Love love love these guys! We started going about 6 months to a year ago because we moved and our other groomer just felt so far away- but boy are we super happy with the change. Rene is so kind and sweet to customers and the animals. Today I got 2 dogs groomed for the cost I was paying somewhere else for 1 dog. One of my dogs has been described by a vet as a total basket case because she gets so nervous, but she does great with these guys. ‼‼BEWARE ‼‼ BEWARE OF THIS GROOMING PLACE PetScuad Grooming . We have been taking our precious baby to this grooming place for quiet some time and have had no issues. During his recent grooming we took him around 1:30pm and got a call saying to come and pick him up because he has a bloody eye. MIND YOU , Milo, who just had his annual physical exam back in March , had NO preexisting conditions , a healthy happy pup. They told us it was probably due to stress . We , as obvious concerned parents took him straight to the vet were they informed us if it was due to stress it would be in both eyes and this is more than likely related to an injury made by the groomer . We waited for them to reopen today , and they are refusing to explain the injury , provide us with video footage of the grooming or pay for the vet bill. The owner is extremely rude , doesnt not care for the wellbeings of your fur babys and tried to say we were only after his money! If we were after your money dont you think we wouldnt keep going back and paying full price for grooming? Wouldnt we have complained from the first grooming ? DO NOT TAKE YOUR FUR BABIES HERE IF YOU CARE FOR THEIR WELLBEING! Sad to know you leave your babies in the care of others and they cant take accountability when they mess up . Just hope i can stop them from abusing other peoples baby . **Milo is recovering** As a business owner myself i wouldve went about things a different way from the beginning. Called the owner when the incident immediately occurred and apologized and let them know first initial vet visit is on me to make sure he is okay and if anything comes back as my shops negligence we would cover the vet bill. Just out of showing compassion and that you care about our furry pets wouldve made me come back over and over again and you wouldve made they money you put forth and made that back ten fold . The shampoo leaves his coat so soft and he smells great for several several days - other places I have noticed the scent fades after 3 or 4 days... I love this place for my little Pomapoo. We've been going there since about his 4th ever groom. My dog gets SO excited as soon as we pull up and drags me in! The owner is so kind and gentle with my little guy and always adjusts his cut to whatever season or style we want. He lets the pups run loose in the back to play and drink water and they love the social time. All of the dogs always look so nice and there's no frantic barking like at most places. You can see everything that's going on through the big glass window. Open 6 days a week and always gets my boy in when I need a trim. 10/10 read more

I had a VIP membership with the dog grooming company PetScuad at 3366 old canoe creek rd. in St. Cloud Fl 34772. I took my dog to get a full grooming on Monday 10/8/18. While there my dog incurred a grooming related injury. When I called the company to see how the situation could be rectified they offered no assistance. I asked to speak to a manager because the receptionist there Orianna was displaying poor customer service and being very rude. Orianna then stated we can just talk to her and there is still nothing that can be done. At that point the cops were called and now I have to go to small claims court to rectify this horrid situation. If your pet is a part of your Family the way mine is I dont reccomend taking your pet there for grooming. They show poor customer service as well as lack of accountability for their actions. After taking my dog to the vet today his wound is now infected way to go PetScuad!!! Horrible service just to think my poor dog could've avoid all this unnecessary pain had you just been honest and upfront about cutting him. Was a vip member for several months, paying $90 monthly. On my dog's very first visit they cut one of his nails too short causing him to bleed for hours and they could not get it to stop. There was so much blood everywhere. His haircuts would never come out right, they barely brushed him and would always have tons of excuses. They told us they're very busy and didn't have the time to fully brush him every time since his hair is so long (Goldendoodle) but isn't that the point of paying a groomer? We were obviously very unsatisfied with their service. They are extremely unprofessional pet groomers. I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

This place hurt my baby eye and when I put a review on Facebook the manager had the nerve to argue with me. My poor baby goes in for a haircut and comes out barely can open his eye. And they knew about it and did not say anything when I picked him up. I will never go back here again. read more

I am very dissatisfied with the grooming my dog received today. I ask its hair to be cut only 1/2 an inch just to find him shaved! He looks horrible!!! I would NOT recommend this place.
