The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and takes the time to answer questions and explain the various hearing aid options available. My mother's first experience with another hearing aid provider was disappointing, so she was understandably hesitant. However, her experience with Dr. Camacho was completely different. She immediately felt welcomed, valued, and genuinely cared for. Rather than feeling like just another patient, she felt like family. Dr. Camacho and her team take the time to understand each individual's needs, carefully explaining and comparing products to help find the best solution. There is never any pressure to make a purchase, just honest guidance and compassionate care. We are truly grateful for the outstanding service and personalized attention Dr. Camacho provides.

I have been bringing my mom, who is very hard of hearing (Costco hearing aids don't help my mom at…read moreall), here for a couple of years. We originally saw Dr. Camacho and she was very honest in her recommendations of hearing aids and did not push one brand over another and didn't try to sell us the most expensive one. She was even able to get us a discounted price for one of the high powered models. My mom had some problems with feedback issues, but Dr. Jensen, who we usually see now, was very helpful and continued to try different settings, ear molds, and small fixes until she got it right. I feel like they care for their patients here and do their best to help them maintain as much hearing as possible.

HEAR Center is great. I'm a current patient and the staff has been accommodating from the get-go…read more To be honest, I contacted 2 other hearing centers prior to the HEAR Center and they could not figure out my insurance. The HEAR Center knew exactly what to do and got me an appointment immediately. I saw Dr. Arroyo and she is fantastic. She was attentive to my needs and understood my concerns. She provided me with options for hearing devices and listened to what my preferences are. She recommended the perfect ones. Upon receiving my hearing devices, she saw me frequently after the delivery to adjust the devices. She made sure I was comfortable with my aids and informed me to call her anytime I needed help with them. She answered all my concerns and questions. Dr. Arroyo is a great audiologist, personable and also very professional. I highly recommend her and this office.

Gave them a chance because insurance covered it and they were open after work. After 2 sessions with our therapist Evelyn, he went from 0 to 100. His word bank and pronunciation grew so fast after a few months. Sadly COVID stopped in person sessions and we continued with online sessions. Evelyn was super friendly, patient, and always catered his sessions to the things he liked (cars and puzzles). I am so happy we had her. People told me it would not help but I am glad we did it. If insurance covers it, I totally recommend coming here!

Arrived at the appointment, parking was easy, the receptionist was personable and efficient, the office was quiet and clean. I was taken in immediately and had a quality hearing test done. We then sat across from each other and discussed different options and the pros and cons of each. There was no heavy sell of the newest technology and I was able to make my decision without the usual anxiety that comes with big purchase decisions. I had been to a large hearing clinic prior and I had done my on-line research. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. It is a reminder of bygone days when the health care provider and patient spent time asking and answering questions. I certainly recommend this practice.

I went to Hearing Heal in Pasadena as I had an appointment with Wanda Eurasquin to set up new…read morehearing aids. She was the most unprofessional and inexperienced individual to work with. She lied to me about everything and had me wasting my time back and forth the office over the course of 3 months, about 18 times. I run a business and the last thing I needed to be doing was wasting my time with her inefficiency. She let my insurance know that she gave me better quality/expensive hearing aids to receive more money, but gave me low quality/cheap hearing aids, in turn, pocketing the rest of the money. She conducted FRAUD and ABUSED me as a client. She failed to demonstrate the skill and care I would expect from a specialist as herself. Wanda is an incredibly dishonest person and cares more about people's money than their health. Be careful with this place.
