I found Beltone on the internet. They were accommodating in scheduling me in a timely manner and gracious when I had to reschedule. The visit went very smoothly. The staff was professional and knowledgeable. I was surprised that the hearing test was free. I highly recommend them. My only suggestion is that they send the health form by email for completion. read more

Jerry and his son Patrick are regular visitors to Villa Gardens, a retirement community where my husband John and I have lived for the past two years. When I needed new hearing aids, George came to our apartment, tested my hearing, showed me different choices and helped me select an excellent pair of new aids. They insisted I try them for several weeks without any payment until I was satisfied with the results. My husband is in the process of selection now, and is receiving the same gracious service. it has been a delightful experience to work with this father-son team at Beltone. I highly recommend their service and product. Lynne Tuite read more

I was referred by my ENT to this location for a hearing test (| have some tinnitus going on). The office is very neat, clean, and organized. I was seen right away for my appointment. Patrick was very easy to be around, polite, conversational and explained the steps very clearly. As he needed to place earbuds into the ear and use other instruments, I can say he was very thoughtful and gentle (i.e. no shoving into the ear). Thankfully my hearing seems to be all good, but what was a slightly stressful or apprehensive situation was made all the easier by a caring. knowledgeable hearing specialist. And while it is not my situation, can tell that he really cares and is very considerate of his elderly clients based on the conversation we had. absolutely recommend this place!! read more

The service was excellent, the staff at this Pasadena location were very professional and honest. Beltone even upgraded my wife's hearing aid to the highest technology at a very reasonable price. It was very easy to make appointments. They have ample parking and I like that they sanitize everything after each patient for our health safety. I would highly recommend Beltone Hearing Aid center to everyone. I am happy for my wife now that she has a very good hearing aid. read more

Is it sad that at my age i've had to venture here?... possibly.. however, considering, I had been directed to go after finding out from my ENT that I might have Meniere's Disease, Beltone Hearing brought a smile to my face. First off, they did my hearing test for free dollars and Free Cents!!... Secondly, the way they care for each patient that goes in is amazing.. they treat you (no matter age, sex, etc) with care and respect. The doctor explains in detail each part of the test so that you are relaxed and know you're in good hands. Thank you Beltone! :-D read more
