Jerry, Danielle, Patrick and Marta are always willing to patiently help and advise on all aspects of hearing health and the details of current hearing instruments and technology. Jerry took a lot of time to explain the process of age-related hearing loss to my elderly mother,and he explained and demonstrated how important it is to get used to wearing the best hearing device suited to one's individual needs. He's very thorough in describing all the different options and designs available. Danielle and Patrick were right there to help me with the technology end of things: how to set up the app on my phone, how to adjust the settings and sensitivity and how to troubleshoot little glitches that came up. Marta is at the front desk, scheduling and answering phone call questions - she's always warm and friendly on the phone and speaks very clearly, which is so unusual these days. The customer service at this location was top-notch. Setting up an appointment was seamless and the hearing test they gave my dad was very thorough. I was also impressed with the way, Mr. Jerry explained the results by using terms that can be easily understood by first time clients like us. Before my dad left, they made sure that his hearing aid was calibrated for the best possible results. So far, the effect had improved my father's overall confidence and morale. Wow i can't believe this place only has one other review from my daughter because when i googled this Hearing Aid Center they had previous reviews from other people who had gone to them prior and had rated them with really high ratings. I had looked them up because my daughter doesn't have any medical insurance and she was having problems with her hearing and dizzy spells and was told she could have something more serious. Her ENT Specialist told her the disease called Meniere's could only be detected after a hearing test is done since my daughter loses her balance once her hearing goes out during the onset of the vertigo after every episode and since it happens without warning it really is very scary for my daughter. This Hearing Center has been a life safer because they do NOT charge anything for the hearing test..it is FREE every time she needs to go in and have another test. No other Hearing Aid Center was able to offer this kind of help and i am really grateful to them. read more

Beltone, and in particular, this Pasadena location is as near perfect as it gets. I'm a drummer who has permanently damaged my hearing by a lifetime of pounding the drums live and in recording studios and also standing up front and rocking with loud hard rock bands with pyrotechnics. Damage done, I did my research and decided on Beltone -- what a great product and a great company -- they really stand behind everything they sell. And they dial your hearing aid in to your preference just like adjusting bandwidths and measures on Pro-Tools. Totally cool! They can dial it in exactly where you need assistance. And, you can keep coming back and Beltone cheerfully pulls up your 'session' on the computer to modify your hearing settings when needed or requested. The staff at the Pasadena location on Colorado Blvd was particularly helpful to me recently when I needed service and adjustment, plus, their after the service follow-up was fantastic. I'd be lost without my hearing aids, they've totally improved my quality of my life and made being around me easier on my friends and my partner, too! read more
