I did not have time, until over a week later, to return it unopened. Yet, because I just had the unopened bottle and the receipt, but not the box that it came in, she refused to allow me to return it. I did not argue. I just said okay; although, they have just lost a customer, because I won't ever shop there again. To me, that's not great customer service. I wonder if it depends on who the customer is, how a decision is made regarding service. I felt rejected, blown off, and dismissed.

It's an independent shop, better than GNC. The staff is also more helpful. It seem like the classic musty health food store inside. It has two areas, with most of the food in one and most of the vitamins in the other. The prices are average to higher than average, depending on brand and product. A lot of the lesser known brands are cheaper. I found a good size pea protein powder for about $30, which is about the same or cheaper than many other places. Another thing making this place better is the service is better. The staff at GNC often have no clue, but here you can ask questions and learn something. I recommend this over the chains. It has comparable prices and better informed employees. This is located next to the Green Papaya restaurant.

You go in and go out in a very narrow shared space. And there are parking spots quite near this in and out space, further crowding movement to and fro. As you are entering after turning from Dana there is very little to distinguish where the entrance is, perhaps due to local ordinance. A simple bright stripe (for instance) on the very edge of the building would distinguish where it all takes place. Which gets to the heart of the matter... The selection and the pricing of the products offered is well worth the trip. But I'll stock up the next time to limit those other experiences. The one star off is due to the parking lot situation. Simple fixes would make it safer and more welcoming.

Be sure to bring two things: a quarter get a cart (you'll get the quarter back) and reusable grocery bags. If you've never shopped at Aldi, the first thing you'll notice is that you won't find the huge variety of brands that you do at most of the big box stores (the ones that carry all the big name brands at least). The lack of variety is made up for by the great savings! The savings are undeniably noticeable. I also like that I find new brands that I haven't tried before - it's always great to try something new. Returning your own cart to the store and bringing your own bags feels like a small price to pay to keep costs low and support a more sustainable way of living. I'll definitely venture back to Aldi soon to score some good deals.
