They send you mailings when they are questioning a claim. The mailing has some cryptic language and you can't really figure out why they are declining a claim. When you call them they ask for your email address. What business still sends mail on time sensitive issues? Oh Benefit Concepts does. Then they ask to either mail back copies of receipts or to fax them. Mail? Fax? Oh sure, you can try and scan the document and upload it via their clunky and hard to use web site; but often the upload process doesn't work and you have no idea if they received it. If you have an option for another FSA provider; then sign up for it. If your only choice is Benefit Concepts, I recommend not doing an FSA and just suck it up and pay for the expenses. Instead increase your IRA or 401k contribution to cover the pretax from the FSA. You'll be saving yourself a lot of frustration. Avoid Benefit Concepts!

This location is in a little place so there's a shared parking lot , the location is pretty small , but always clean and Reena makes you feel comfortable and welcomed.
