The quality of the cuts kept getting worse and worse. Recently, I was made to wait 15 minutes for my stylist to get to her chair only to later find out that she was vaping. Bear in mind that this same place will call you if you're two minutes late for your appointment. In a recent call, the "Karen" who took my call was rude. I do not know why. That was it for me. However, the reason why I'm writing this is because I booked a haircut recently on May 22nd at 3:45. I got the text message saying to confirm my appointment like I always receive the day before a haircut. I confirm my haircut appointment message by clicking CONFIRM like I always have. I walk in 10 minutes early to get checked in, only to find out that my name was not on the schedule! And that someone else was booked at the same time I was supposed to get my haircut. The lady at the front desk couldn't provide any information on what went wrong and just said "Oh that's too bad, i'm sorry" "maybe we can get you next week around Thursday, the 29th". I then asked, "Can you see me today as a walk in?" She goes, "Sorry, everyone is booked today" (Acting like I didn't book the haircut on the day I'm supposed to get one). And then, I asked "Who would have canceled the appointment when I have the confirmation on my phone?" She goes, "Looks like someone called and canceled the appointment". To which I was automatically frustrated by that and said "Who called? Because it wasn't me!" Couldn't help me and was a lousy excuse to cancel my appointment without my approval. Disappointed in how downhill this Barrelli has gone. Definitely recommend passing on this Barrelli until they get a new front desk representative replacement or at least somebody that's a little more competent.
