The quality of the cuts kept getting worse and worse. Recently, I was made to wait 15 minutes for my stylist to get to her chair only to later find out that she was vaping. Bear in mind that this same place will call you if you're two minutes late for your appointment. In a recent call, the "Karen" who took my call was rude. I do not know why. That was it for me. It was easy enough to find another place to get my haircut... by the manager... walk-in style... who did an awesome job.

My layers were uneven and my previously thick bangs were sparse, uneven, and had hugh gaps. Fortunately, another stylist at another salon was able to tidy my cut so I can now ditch my baseball cap. The artist did a great job, and I was very happy with the results. However, my experience with hair was not the same. For the price, I was not blown away with the outcome. I also noticed that the upstairs area, where hair services were done, felt a bit dirty and not very well maintained. I understand it is an older building, but cleanliness should still be a priority, and some areas felt a little grimy. Downstairs seemed much better kept, so the experience definitely felt inconsistent depending on the service. Overall, I would return for makeup, but I would not come back for hair services.

My first visit was for a major haircut; my hair was probably almost a foot long and she cut it to my shoulders and gave me layers. My second visit was for a trim and partial highlights. There are random patches of longer hair in different areas on each side of my head. Not even sure how someone would try to style it. When I told the hairdresser it was completely wrong she just O sorry. The lady at the counter to pay aggred the photo looks nothing like the cut I got. And offered 1/2 off the service. It was supposed to be a flat top so it is short enough there is not much that can be done to fix it. But even lengths would of be nice.
