This tow company has a contract with Triple A, so the last two times that I have contacted AAA for tow, this towing service came out. Their driver damaged my bumper backing it into the repair shop. In the process he ripped the bumper cover off and damaged the lights & brackets behind the driver's side. The driver wanted to pay for the damage as he was worried about being fired. I was gullible enough to agree with Keith and he has since been fired. I reached out to the company after Keith was gone and have shared pictures and texts with them and they are refusing to return calls. All I wanted was for my vehicle to be repaired, but now am getting attorneys ready to file the appropriate paperwork for this lawsuit. read more

These guys came to my rescue through AAA. I had gotten a flat tire and submitted a service request. Stuck on the side of a side street in 5 degree snowy weather. They got to my location within 30 minutes, got the flat tire off and the spare tire on in probably less than 15 minutes. If I tried to do it myself with the tools in the car it definitely would have taken over an hour with many expletives and likely a frozen toe or two. I contracted these people to pick my car up from Windy City. I talked to a driver who said he would get it that day. After I paid $800 to Windy City to get the car ready to be towed, I started to head home thinking it was in good hands. The next day I get a call from Windy City that these idiots didn't even show up. No call, nothing. None of the phone numbers work for them, including the one on the trucks. When I attempted to get a hold of the driver I spoke to, he didn't answer my calls either. Never use this company, ever. My technician Jalal from here came and informed me that I indeed did not need a tow just gas and a battery charge up. As a college student his work was appreciated because he not only saved me money but worked efficiently and spared me a tow. He also drove me to the gas station to retrieve gas and didn't leave until he saw me drive away safely. His kindness and explanation of the issues with my car also made this experience much easier. First Rate service when James showed up from Your Auto Pal in Niles IL for my tow..very polite very professional and basically saved my life because it was 19° degrees 1:30am and I had been waiting for 4+ hours for AAA to get their shit together. Thank God for James. Obviously I highly recommend Your Auto Pal..they will come and get you when the others change their mind in the middle of you waiting. Also you can call Your Auto Pal directly and Bill AAA which is a better idea then depending on AAA agents because part of the problem is they set you up for a ride but they don't double check in the next 50 minutes to see if that tow has contacted you or picked you up.. they just move on until you call and wonder where your ride is then you find out it's been canceled and another one is on the way. Ok, I really thought these kind of places and work ethic was extinct. This is a small company really going the extra mile to help you out! I got a flat tire and was stuck on the side of the highway, as a female, this was a very uncomfortable & somewhat scary situation as it was getting later into the evening. Every company I called wanted to charge me an arm and a leg and I was pleasantly surprised to hear what they were going to charge me! Chris showed up and was a very friendly, charismatic guy with a positive attitude, plus you could tell he just knew what he was doing. He even gave me a ride to where I needed to go. The ride there was not awkward and I was shocked at how well it went! Not to be mean, but you know what you hear about tow truck drivers. I also came to find out he's a mechanic and he was able to help me out with some much needed repairs after the fact. The prices were fair and best of all what he did made sense, he explained everything to me and I didn't feel "cheated" after I left.
