Unfortunately, her demeanor during the interaction was less than professional. She appeared impatient in helping me, which made the experience uncomfortable. What stood out to me even more was the noticeable shift in her attitude when another person approached the register; she suddenly became friendly and upbeat. This inconsistency felt disingenuous and disappointing, especially in a customer-facing role. I value good customer service and wanted to bring this to your attention in the hopes that it will be addressed. I believe every customer deserves to be treated with the same courtesy and respect. which she seemed old enough to know better.

I stopped in and Kathy said she found it and put it in the office. She went to get it and it was gone. She called the manager and she had me talk to him on the phone. He let me know that he took it to the post office to have it mailed to me. Such a kind thing for him to do. I appreciate that so much. I wanted to give Kathy a reward for finding it, but she refused. Someone did get $100 out of the wallet... I hope it was someone who needed it. I am so grateful to have received my ID. On both my visits last weekend Kathy was the nicest and kindest person! She is a blessing.

We had unfolded a few (maybe 4) shirts to see the size and style and had, to the best of our ability, tried to fold them back the way they were originally. My friends and I were very offended because we hadn't done anything out of the ordinary, and we were going to be purchasing at least 3 things from them. I would recommend going to this store because their clothes are very nice and fashionable, but make sure to wear thick skin because you won't be treated well.

I had several books in mind when I last shopped here, but only 1 of them was in stock. The salesperson did help me track it down, though, after I couldn't find it on the shelves. I think this location might be smaller than other B&N stores that I've been to. It always baffles me that they don't offer more coupons and discounts since I can easily hop on Amazon and request the same books for much less, but I consider the knowledge that I'm always paying more to shop here just a fee for my hope that brick and mortar bookstores continue to exist.
