Separate paragraph to highlight their PIZZA. It's actually so good. My grandparents don't live very far from here and it's quickly become our go-to spot. The thin crust is amazing, as is the cheesy bread, and the regular crust. The bonus of this stop doubling as a pizza joint is that it's open when other locales wouldn't be i.e. evenings before holidays. We always call ahead, as I would advise others to do. It doesn't take long and then it's obvi fresh. Port Sheldon Party Store is definitely what they call a hidden gem.

Prices aren't as cheap as they once were, but that's the case anywhere. But, there used to be a big difference in prices between say Meijer or Walmart compared to Aldis. If you know what's a good price compared to elsewhere, you are ahead of the game. You could probably get a bit better price at Daily Deals, but there you are limited to a smaller selection and some outdated goods. Checkout was fast, however they should keep some empty boxes by the cash registers so you have something to carry your groceries in. Sam's Club does this after their check-out. Good store, busy, tight parking.

Actually bought more than a few things....I mean for one dollar why not grab some snacks, candy, odds and ends, etc? The good news, after prices were increased I stopped going there every week and no longer purchased all those unhealthy snacks and other things I no longer needed. I only visited a few times year after that. Visited them today....another PRICE INCREASE! Many items $1.50 and $1.75 now. Same things you can find at Walmart for $1.19 or $1.29.
